“good for email info and speedy too however I wanted to speak to a person and no one ever answered or returned my calls despite asking. Also spent ages choosing a mask to then find it was out of stock. maybe your system could illustrate this before letting people down, you lose nothing in being honest. plus if your system said available in 2-3 days I wouldn't have ordered it from someone else however yet again no one answered the phone so what can I say. apart from that, good”

“I am very happy with the delivery, but the product. I spend too much time each night adjusting the mask to stop the air escaping around the eyes. It is comfortable to wear, but difficult to fit. I will find something else at a later date. Yours Sincerely William Ferguson.”
