A very efficient provenders of CPAP and associated equipment and accessories. Once order is instigated and queries eliminated (!), dispatch and delivery are swift and excellent as is the packaging. Albeit a company with a monopolistic share of the industry and prices which reflect this, I can but recommend it highly.

Responsive and helpful staff, but I was rather shocked to receive an email with caveats about the Transcend travel CPAP only AFTER I BOUGHT IT. You should give these warnings BEFORE purchase.

Hi Adrian, If you look on the CPAP machine pages, the 3rd paragraph down which is titled "important information" - it does mention that you will need to be diagnosed with Sleep Apnoea and have this in writing. This is again mentioned during the checkout process. So customers are made aware of this on the CPAP machine products pages before and during the checkout process. Regards Intus Healthcare

Website easy to use, order arrived in time advised, product as described. No complaints. This is my 1st purchase of a CPAP mask, I was hesitant. My key concern was compatibility of the mask hose with my Resmed pump hose. A sales advisor advised tubes are an industry std diameter. For me, it would have been helpful to know this. Info may be available on your site but wasn't obvious to me, Perhaps it could be stated more clearly? Perhaps I should have scrutinised the spec a little more?

I like the product, it's a little marvel, incredibly bright but with a tiny footprint and the battery has lasted most of this week with no sign of it flagging. The service wasn't 5 star however, the delivery date was passed before I was alerted to the fact that the product was out of stock - in fact it arrived a week later as predicted, so not a problem but being told would have been bettter. And the instructions with it were in Dutch, not English. It was a simple matter to download English instructions from the website but not as convenient as having them to hand.

The sleep monitor arrived the following day following a request. It was easy to use with the instructions given. It was returned and the findings were emailed to me within 48 hours. I cannot claim to understand them but as I am seeing the Specialist shortly no doubt everything will be explained to me.

The Litebook is a good product. However, when charging it makes a constant high pitched beeping sound which is very irritating. Is this a fault of the product or will they all do this?

I wanted yo purchase a cpap machine and mask. I had online contact with Kelly who gave me very good advice. I live abroad and because of the advice I contacted Philips direct and sorted out a problem. I did not purchase a machine from you but did however purchase a mask which was promptly delivered. Excellent service.
