“I have been ordering products from Intus Healthcare for a number of years now. I find them to be a great company to deal with. Every friendly and helpful staff. I mostly order on line . Should I order anything by mistake on line.... I can return my order(If unopened) and reorder again or receive credit against my next order. This gives me great piece of mind as I have made mistakes when ordering in the past. The only negative comment I would have is in relation to the way items are laid out on web page. I think it would be less confusing if items were photographed and named separately. For instance, rather than showing a full photo of the complete face mask and then a list of items . Why not photograph the different items that go with the mask separately . That way it avoids ordering the wrong attachment that you require for the mask you have in use. I think for me if it was simplified a little better then this will certainly help me when ordering. Pat.”

“Recently moved back to the Uk from France. Coming back to the "NHS mentality" where it takes around 6 months to get a CPAP machine, I immediately turned to Intus for help. To say they went the extra mile is an understatement as I only had my proof of condition on my French Specialist's notes. They immediately referred my case to their French member of staff who swiftly confirmed their validity. I had many questions about the benefits of the automatic setting machines and their answers were thorough and not biased towards pushing a higher value sale. As soon as I arrived back in Uk I placed my order by phone and the machine arrived the next working day. I phoned Intus with a few minor questions and , as always, they answered my questions in an unhurried and thorough way. In future, I will always recommend Intus.”
