“I can find the products I need when I need them. The loyalty scheme worked - I spent my points making a purchase I might not otherwise have made. This is a trial of a new mask so you might have secured continuing business that way. The option of cheaper slower postage is also much appreciated.”

“Excellent customer service. I was so worried as my mask had split and I couldn't use it. I ordered and mentioned it was urgent. It came the next day which is some going as I live on the isle of man!! I couldn't believe how quickly it came, it was a big relief. Thanks Sharon”
