When I ordered the product online it stated it was in stock but I later was informed it was not correct. I had to call 10 days later to find out why I had not received it. I should have been notified right away that the product had to be restocked and would be late. Since my mask had torn I needed this replacement as soon as possible.

Having used the site a few times before, this experience was very disappointing. Ordered a new mask, and two weeks later I was still waiting for dispatch! The reply to an e-mail I sent querying this told me that the item was out of stock - something that definitely WASN'T the case when I placed the order, and my money was taken, as I'd also been looking at another mask and didn't buy it because that one WAS out of stock! I also placed a review on a mask that I had used for a few months which I didn't rate highly at all. In fact because the review didn't get loaded to the page I've submitted three reviews on that same mask! None of them have been loaded onto the page - and I suspect this is because it is not a great review! Kind of defeats the purpose of having the user tell other potential users of their experiences! This is really, really disappointing. It's for these reasons that you've probably seen the last of me. I've already got an alternative lined up for when I next need to make a CPAP related purchase; they're not cheap purchases after all...

Ordered 2 items, only 1 arrived. Spent about 2 hours trying to get through to you. Very poor service would not use again or recommend to anybody.

I paid for 1st class delivery so that we would get it quicker but delivery was very poor so slow missed it to take away. You need to send them out quicker

Ordered on Wed 2 July and e-mailed the same day to be told that my order was expected to arrive on Mon 7 July. Fine. Mon 7 July came, my card was charged that day but nothing received and nothing heard by Wed 9 Jul evening. The order still showed "pending" on the website. I had to e-mail them to get an update - told of an unexpected delay until Mon 14 July, "the money for this order had been captured to speed up process before we were informed that we wouldn't then get the product from our supplier" and that they will upgrade the order to special delivery at no extra charge. Monday 14 July came (a week after my card was charged), I received a dispatch notification and the order was received the following day. The order was sent recorded delivery (not special as they had said) - I don't care about recorded vs special (the delivery time is the same) but if Intus promise to do something (special delivery - not something I had asked for), then they should do it rather than give the impression of saying something and then not following up. Obviously lack of keeping me informed (I had to e-mail to ask) and taking money a week before order is dispatched were issues.

Hi John, thank you for your review. We do sincerely apologise for the issues you experienced with this order, we did fall short on this occasion. Next time you need any CPAP supplies, give us a call or email before ordering and we'll see what we can do to make up for the poor service you received this time. Again, our apologies. Ordered several items which were showing as 'in stock' only to find that 1 item was out of stock after the order was placed. Had I known before the order was placed I would have sourced an alternative elsewhere.
