“DC 12v power cable ordered. Very quick service, and a good quality item. No complaints about service, but IMHO £34 +VaT for a bit of wire and two connectors is a little exorbitant! Only gave a GOOD rating due to price of the cable.”

“I bought a SoClean to keep my CPAP machine clean, I found the instructions a bit daunting as it is very multi-lingual, I actually cut up the instruction sheets to reduce the number of language variables, and once I realised I didn't have to use ALL the parts in the adaptor that customises the SoClean to work with a wide variety of CPAP machines, mine was adaptor 5, I was then a little disappointed to discover that I had been charged £19.99 for what is essentially a 10cm rubber hose with a small bit of plastic on one end, as I could discard the more complex part in the kit. However,after the 5 days I have had the machine, it seems to be doing what it says on the label.”

“I cannot fault the service we received. Ordering on line was very easy and delivery was spot on time, queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the young lady answering the Freephone line. I just wish the website was half as good, sorting out cpap machines & adaptors, and setting up was a minefield.”
