“Your telesales people are excellent ; very patient with someone not so proficient with computers. Your equipment appears to be first class, but as I'm sure aware, the wearing of it takes some time to get used to; if ever. However, the sizing of the masks is not easy , and to be able to try something on would be a. great help”

“ordered a new nasal mask to replace one I purchased from EU-PAP.CO.UK, well, after using my old faithful for 3 1/2 years it was getting a bit worn, and true to form, order placed Sunday evening, new mask received Tuesday morning, when ever I need to order from EU-PAP, I can be sure it will arrive within a couple of days, and usually next day for filters and other smaller items, excellent service from an excellent company, and their advisors are both knowledgeable and ready to answer any thing I have asked them, thank you for this and I loo forward to many years of business with them,”

“I spoke to a very helpful french lady, understood who I was , gave me a good selection of alternatives as my old system had been discontinued, and it arrived the following day everything is there, have dealt with intus for 7 years always good service and easy to deal with”

“It was truly amazing service indeed i had from intus health over phone, first of all i made a wrong order and returned that claimed refund. And within a few days i was refunded. Beside these i need share my experience here, i spoke to intus customer care service and explained what products i was after. Then a lady Ms.Emily Henderson what a supportive lady i ever spoke to, she mailed me back with design&sizes of the product i wanted for my mum's breathing problems it was a mask with strab. Ms.Emily Henderson managed the product and posted that for me without any mistake. I have received that. I hope it should be alright and sending that to my home Bangladesh next week.”

“I bought the dinky little travel CPAP machine, which is absolutely fabulous - I wish I'd bought one years ago. The service from Intus was top notch - emails replied to within minutes, delivery by courier the following day - I couldn't ask for more. Thank you!”
