First of all I do not take it. I cancelled my subscription to IBD several years ago. I do take and use Marketsmith but consider the two as separate entities.

I have with IBD for almost 20 years. Previously, I used to get daily print of IBD. From last few years, it was changed to weekly. And now it comes almost 4-5 days after the week is over and so we miss timely information. Website still gives daily access but printed copy are so easy to read at any time. IBD has cut too many corners to save the cost at the customer’s expense. Didn’t agree with this approach. Hope IBD will focus again on printed copy in a timely way. . Thank You

I use the website to check the market movers and read the weekly paper for information and ideas on investing and find both to be very educational and helpful. I bought FFTY in October 2017 and am up only 1.5% - my only dissappointment.

I love your publication but when it arrives on Wednesday or Thursday there's something not right. If my local grocer gets his by 8am Saturday morning, I am very disappointed that my issue arrives so late. I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription and just buying it retail. I hope this helps.

I day trade and use many services but always spend my weekend in your paper. Very good help. Thought about Marketsmith but not sure how it would transfer to day trading. Andy

It's an excellent source for financial news and stock evaluation and performance. IBD rated 5 stars until you eliminated the opinion pages, which is why I probably will not renew after this subscription term expires. Andrew J. Presto III

Great system! I recommend it all the time. Stocks move on and off the different list quickly. Seems too fast at times. Any way you could show the performance of your different lists. Post to website and explain how the numbers are generated. It would be great if the buy points on Investors.com matched with Marketsmith. it gets a little confusing as to which one to use. We subscribe to both.

I have been an IBD subscriber for many years. I find the publication very useful. I stopped subscribing to Leaderboard because it never seemed to get me out of an investment until I had lost money in it (never enough lead time to sell before the price dropped). I was extremely dismayed when you stopped the daily newspaper and when you stopped running editorials and Op Ed pieces in the weekly. And why did the price not go down when you stopped publishing on a daily basis. Seems like a windfall for you there. I find the articles devoted to professional financial analysts useless and somewhat incongruous since the whole initial idea of your founder was to help the everyday person, not the professionals. It would help to have the small weekly IBD 50 charts (and other list charts - IBD 20, sector leaders, etc.) that appear in the weekly paper updated and available daily online as well. I know that information on these is presented, but the charts are not and they are much faster to scan visually than the way information is now presented on the website, which requires numerous clicks, etc. if it is even available. Also, as a paid subscriber, I absolutely hate having to endure popup ads on the website. If I have to put up with that waste of my time, I should not have to pay you to use the website. Thanks for asking for comments.

I rated you good only because I don't fully know how to convert the information contained in your publication to dollars in my trading account. please help with that so I can give you the highest rating. Thanks. aww72748@yahoo.con

I am not aware of the guide lines for using your programs I am enrolled in. The information I get is helpful but I feel I am missing the the full strength. There was something mentioned in your promotional material about coaching? If that’s correct, I haven’t seen it. I don’t like the updates that say , As of a date in the past. What’s current is more important.

I invested in some of the market timing etfs like LDRS, BOUT, and FFTY. These etfs follow ‘time tested’ IBD models and methods. They stink! Way underperforming. They time the market alright. The wrong time! LDRS has moved out of stocks just in time for stocks to go up, and back into stocks in time for them to go down. I reached out to IBD they sent me to the etf provider, the etf provider said they just follow the models from IBD. Don’t trust them!!! And with all the tools they provide, if they can’t even manage a Model portfolio to make money using their tools, how are you? Stay away!

IBD provides a timely qualitative, fundamental and technical analysis of stocks. Additional resources like webinar and investment related videos and tutorials provides subscribers means to improve their investment skills. The CANSLIM method has shown to be a market beating investment strategy and IBD helps subscribers with articles on various stocks with proper buy points etc. Overall, I am very happy with information provided by IBD.

I've been a subscriber to IBD for at least 20 years. I find its information very valuable and helpful in my investing. I pay particular attention to the "State of the Market" and the IBD 50, but also to the list of low-priced stocks, as this contains some great ideas for new investments. I will likely continue my IBD subscription as long as I keep managing my portfolio, as it continues to provide valuable information to me.
