They have provided good education on the market and stocks. The actual products are very good. Sometimes the website is slow and customer service can an issue. Overall good experience.

It gives me valuable info for when to invest in the market. The articles are good and I look forward to reading the day's report. I am unhappy about the videos that automatically set to on. Yes, I can turn them off but it gets tiresome. I also object to having to whitelist your site for pop up ads that also run and flicker. I am very unhappy about this. It disrupts my concentration. I'm sure there are many people who don't like this! We used to get a daily newspaper but that has now been reduced to once weekly, yet our fees have not gone down and you've added the auto start videos and pop up ads. I was even blocked out of Leaderboard early on and had to allow the ads just to be able to access the board. I paid for this and then to get blocked out. Give your paying customers some loyalty. Let us chose to not have pop up ads and, more importantly, set the default on the videos to off rather than on or give us a choice to turn off or on as suits our pleasure.

Investor's changed from daily to weekly and everything turned sour. I use ipad for IBD and customer support and ease of use is terrible.

I find your website to be the most difficult to navigate. The password requirements require more than my banks require; why? The information included is the best and has been able to aid me toward a more successful portfolio.

I use the weekly paper edition of IBD to review the market action on the week. I pay attention to the Market Outlook and the news on stocks reading pivot points.

The format is easy to read. The articles are to the point. The format is diverse enough to appeal to investors of all flavors.

having access to pertinent stock data grouped in a manner that allows easy access to information; then having all the essential tools readily available certainly helps the investor/trader to make better decisions. IBD certainly ranks in the top category of its industry.

I thoroughly enjoy the IBD50, BigCap20 and Spotlight mini-charts and many of the articles. Well written, especially Juan Carlos Arancibia.

I mainly use the Big Picture of the market, the stock lists, and the research section (Stock Checkup). These are big time savers.

I liked IBD when you published the daily editorials. When you changed the format and published less of them, I lost interest. Sorry.

Swing trader has made me more money than it has lost me, so I am ahead. I use IBD's charts all of the time.

I appreciate the content of IBD, especially features like The Big Picture and New America. That said, I think IBD may be a step behind as far as how to deal with the influence of central banks on the stock market and how that modifies IBD investment assumptions. From an operational standpoint, my only complaint is that I paid for a subscription and I continually get pop ups to ask me to white list the site when I am trying to read content. additionally, it would be nice if there were a feature to remember me so that I did not have to log in everytime.

It doesn't any more. I used to use the top stocks list every day as well as read the op-ed page. As a conservative, like you folks It was a terrific read. Then you changed it up. Now it appears once a week. It's been disappointing. I've contemplated dropping the paper due to that. I follow my few stocks, lots of times on Yahoo Financial trough the use of a stock list they have of mine. It's a little easier to get in and I get the data. If I am studying a stock, I come over to you. My broker has me in gas and oil positions in various companies, and a couple of banking ETF's. overall he has done well for me, so, I follow a little less closely. So my disappointment overall is the editorial page.

Loved it when you could download the daily newspaper daily on the iPad, now it's only weekly. You can still get the information just not as convenient as it once was for me.

I use only the stock lists and would like to see pricing for just that.
