“I’ve been with investors business daily when it was called investors daily in 1988 I have found out that over the years and in the beginning if you follow the rules you make money if you break the rules you lose money the 1’s 18 months I made 1000% no options no margin just buying and selling stocks”

“I love IBD. I attend the meetup groups when I can. I gotta say the IBD crowd should have been in my life a lot earlier. No complaints here. I subscribed to the paper in 2009 , and my results have improved with every year.”

“For people starting out learning the investors business daily system (CAN SLIM), or for people who have learnt and are using the system, investors.com has something for everyone. Sure you have to pay for the more premium services, and they try and maximise the amount of money they can make by offering many services (you don't have to subscribe to them all), but the information you get is so valuable. Dedicate the time to learn the system and you will see.”

“I heard some stories about tough times cancelling a subscription with IBD, but my experience was a breeze and the rep was very pleasant. I didn't use the service very much (hence the cancel) but they seemed to provide a lot of quality information.”

“I love IBD and its been instrumental in my long term investment success since the late 1980's. I have a gripe with Marketsmith. When I requested a detailed copy of my bill for this year they could not produce one. This is an unacceptable business practice so I canceled my subscription.”

“Very informative articles although when the market is under pressure or in correction they still present a rosey picture of the stock(s). During those times would love to see more macro level information on why the market is behaving badly and a prognosis for when it might turn around and what it would take to turn it around. Also during the bad times to highlight the sectors which are or typically buck the trend.”
