“The support I received from Selena at iPayTotal was terrific. I feel she truly cares about what she does and wants my company to have a positive and successful relationship. She is the embodiment of what Customer Service means. The customer service is amazing. They are very patient and kind. They are very helpful and caring. IPayTotal made it easy for me to set up credit card processing for my small business. Thanks for you prompt service and understanding we are in the middle of running a business I have dealt with real people who care about what they do and feel well supported. Their system is easy to use and there staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to other business owners.”

“I would highly recommend this payment service. Their rates are very competitive and have given me the solution I needed when the other bigger and well known services couldn’t.Yes, they have a setup fee.70% of the processing industry these days charge a setup fee, what’s the harm.Nothing comes free in this world!!If you can’t afford them, don’t apply with them as their services are meant for grade A consumers.”

“The best customer support and service team, in this arena of industry. I was on a call for 30 minutes at least with all my queries and they were patient and supportive. Finally after 9 days got placed with a really reputable bank, inspite of my industry which falls in ultra high risk. Thanks to the team.”

“scam. The only real reviews are the bad one. I don't even understand how reviews.io allows those "good reviews tricks" to improve the rating or whatever. We've been scammed for 3000GBP. Is literally a Money sucker, now they changed skin to their website as well. Please, high or low risk merchant don't use this service, is not about bad or good service. Is just about swiping your money onto a black hole. IF SOMEONE WANTS CONVERSATIONS, E-MAILS WITH REFUND PROMISES, RECORDER PHONE CALLS WE ARE HERE reviews.io PLEASE ERASE ALL THE FAKE REVIEWS IS ONLY A SCAM”

“The company iPayTotal has been super responsive to any questions we asked them before we finally joined and since then we have received excellent service and technical support. Now that we are up and running we barely speak to them any longer because everything has been running very smoothly. I was skeptical of the savings they initially told me I could expect but they are real and sustainable.”

“Ipaytotal are scammers. They have a screenshots of a emails says that FCA blocked their activity and that how they don't pay merchant . The screenshots are fake . And the company employees are all of them liers . If you want to work with ipaytotal be sure that money processed through there PSP will stay in there bank account .”

“Promised a lot and delivered nothing. They emailed me every day when we were considering connecting with them. They ask for all payment up front. That should have rung alarm bells. Once we paid our money and connected with them, they never returned our calls or emails. Yes, they have a payment gateway but they hook you up to a merchant provider who declines every transaction. When we asked what was going on we got circular responses that lead to nowhere and now they just don't respond to us. Their payment system has never worked in the 3 months we connected with them. All the positive reviews are fake. I have now talked to two other companies and they were ripped off as well.”
