“It was a swift transaction. Filled in the online form for deed poll and make payment online as well. Next moment your staff emailed to ask when can I go down for collection. Very convenient, fast response time, reasonable price. I think cheapest in the market.”

“Service was fast and efficient. However, when i was there at the office, felt that the lawyers are too busy. Noone actually explain to me what was written in the deed poll, i was told to read on my own and just sign. I guess the rest of the lawyers are too busy handling other cases and deed poll are just minor services. However the receptionist was very nice and friendly, most of the time it was only her who cater to my enquiries.”

“Poll deed can’t be used as it is not acceptable by ICA. The Chinese character according to ICA must be the same as Hanyu ping yin name but this was not pointed out when I went to sign the deed poll at your law firm. I asked for a refund back then but there is no feedback from your side until now.”
