“The customer experience is second to none. Excellent user experience online, prompt email replies and personalised cards in my delivery. It’s a very personal and helpful customer experience all round. The Aran throw I purchase looks great - I have two of them in my home now & they add a beautiful warm and textured look and feel to my interior. The delivery and packaging was fast and very nicely wrapped with personal note and dried lavender which is a lovey touch especially if sending as a gift.”
