“I returned the cardigan because it didn’t suit me. I live in Northern Ireland and was charged £15.65 for postage. I’m so annoyed at the cost. Extortionate.”

“2 stars – because I love your sweaters. I’m giving 2 stars because I’ve always been a fan of your sweaters, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered two items, but only received one, and to make matters worse, the one I got wasn’t the right one. Why wasn’t I contacted when you realized one item was out of stock? It would have been great if we could’ve worked together to find an alternative solution. Instead of the sweater I ordered, I received a cardigan. I sent a complaint email, but after waiting 5 business days, I still haven’t received a response. The only communication I’ve gotten from you is an automated email asking me to leave a review. This situation is truly frustrating. Please send me the return form as soon as possible so I can get a refund. I’d love to put this unfortunate experience behind us and, if everything gets resolved, I’d be happy to order from you again in the future.”

“I’d love to review my purchases but after 3 weeks they still aren’t here. After contacting IrelandsEye they suggested I follow up with post myself - hardly customer service. Suggest a switch to DHL if IrelandsEye actually plan to deliver goods let alone writhing the timeframe - we’re currently at day 16… waiting…”

“Unfortunately, I am very disappointed this year as the price for the sweater was increased $100.00 over the actual price due only to the fact that I live in the US (what I was told by you!). Once again, we Americans are overcharged for simply being Americans! Also, my order took 17 days to arrive and the tracking you provided did not work. This is a Christmas gift for my husband and has not been opened yet - hopefully, all is good with the sweater. This is the third, and final, year I will be ordering from you!”

Hi Nancy, I am so sorry to read that you had an issue with tracking and a delay in receiving your IrelandsEye garment, this is an extremely rare issue for our customers. We have now flagged this with our delivery partner and we will be reviewing what may have happened so that it will not happen again. Regarding our pricing, unfortunately due to increasing costs over the last few years of making our high quality garments like many other manufacturers, we were forced to increase our prices in early 2023 for all of our customers around the world in order to maintain the business and employment of our highly skilled staff here in Dublin. We do have an outside of Ireland price that factors in the increased work and costs to send our garments around the world which includes additional customs paperwork needed for countries like the United States and many other countries. After looking into this, I did see that the sweater you purchased last year, you also had a 15% off discount code for Black Friday and unfortunately this year, you missed this offer.
