“Bit nervous buying clothes from a retailer I didn't really know. However the sizing charts are excellent, easy web process, delivery was first class, and the jumpers I bought are superb. Very happy with them and will keep me warm over Christmas.”

“I bought two items, a zip neck sweater for me and a round neck sweater for my wife. The colour and quality of the wool were fantastic. Comfortable, nice fit and style. My wife has absolutely no complaints about hers. Mine is nice as well, however, the zipper on my sweater was very difficult to unzip. I had to use some silicon paste to get the zipper open as it would not budge. Although it does unzip now, it could still use a better-quality zipper. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Great service, and overall very nice sweaters.”

“The ordering process was very straightforward. My cardigan arrived 2 days later by courier, beautifully packaged in a sturdy cardboard box with no interior plastic packaging. As I was unsure of what size to order I used the sizing questionnaire and the fit was spot on. I am 100%happy”

“The Blasket Honeycomb sweater is beautiful and seems well-made, but is much bulkier and longer in real life than it looked on the online model, due to the way she had the bottom edge folded under. This made it look shorter and snugger than it actually is. I am 5'7", about 110 lbs, and ordered a size small. The sweater comes down over my bottom and is quite baggy. I tried to return it, but it would have costed about $50 US, so I opted to keep it. I'm sure it will keep me warm and cozy, just a bit frumpy :)”

“Judging by my first impressions, the heavy wool quarter zip sweater I ordered is a good fit and look. The advice I received on which size to take seems spot on. Likewise, I received quick and friendly replies to all inquiries. The one sore or at least strange spot regards the pricing. After browsing here and there and deciding upon the one IrelandsEye sweater, listed on its site for €120, I proceeded to order and pay for it, when it then appeared at the higher price of €154. Why? The customer rep. mentioned that the price is different for different countries of destination, e.g., Germany. A markup of more than 25% where delivery is said to be included? When I repeated the Q, she offered me a 15% discount (on the latter, higher price). Again, she was quick to reply and friendly. But I received no better or further explanation for this strange pricing scheme: listing the item at one price and selling it at another.”

“We found out about Irelands Eye when we were in Dublin last month. We did not have the time to visit the facility. Our daughter saw a sweater she liked which was only available from them because we could not find it at any of the sweater places we stopped at all over Ireland. We ordered it online when we returned home. Delivery was very fast, like 3-4 days. Excellent overall experience, will do it again when the situation presents itself.”

“The knitwear is beautiful and I could not fault it. The delivery was so fast but I had a horrible shock of being charged £56 sterling on the door by the UPS driver for VAT post brexit that I am sad to say soured my experience and made it far too expensive.”

“J'avais acheté un premier cardigan, il y a 10 ans, via Veepee. Il a impeccablement tenu au fil des années et commence seulement à s'abimer malgré les lavages réguliers et une utilisation quasiment journalière. Puisque le premier était d'une qualité irréprochable, j'ai donc choisi de commander directerment chez IrelandsEye le second cardiagan, identique au premer et d'une qualité tout aussi exceptionnelle. Le colis a été envoyé le jour-même et est arrivé en moins d'une semaine. Le cardigan était bien protégé et j'ai même reçu une petite carte personnalisée. C'est un service impeccable comme on rêverait d'en trouver partout !!!”

“I have bought several of these jumpers for my dad in different colours now, and the navy is his favourite. He is difficult to buy for, but loves these jumpers. They fit properly, they are warm, and they look good. The customer service is excellent and the click and collect service is very handy. I highly recommend them.”

“I had a rather unusual problem with an Irelandseye sweater I had bought but have been hugely impressed with the outstanding customer service I have received and will certainly sing the praises of this company to others. Apart from the great customer service, the knitwear itself is of very high quality, and my entire experience of dealing with this company could not have been more positive, from how they dealt with the problem, and the placment and shipment of the order itself, which all went extremely well. “I have been wearing IrelandsEye for several years now and love the quality and durability of their sweaters. I just bought 2 new ones and they have the same quality feel and warmth. I'm sure I'll be enjoying them for years to come (do be careful when you wash them as they can shrink in cold or hot water).”

“I am a long time wearer of Ireland’s Eye knitwear. It is beautifully designed and is knit for years and years of wear. I have always bought sweaters and accessories in shops, but I ordered a coatigan and sweater on line recently and it was a flawless transaction. Their customer service - with a size change - was top notch. Andreea made sure I got the perfect size. And the pkg came rapped sustainably with a herbal sachet. Pride in their product from start to finish.”

“I have bought a few lovely sweaters from Irelands Eye over the years and they are all still in great order after lots of wear and washing. I was tempted recently by the Aran cardigan with the big collar and it is also lovely. It is warm for the cold days as a cardigan and when the weather improves I will wear it with jeans as a jacket. Ireland’s Eye knitwear is really good and excellent value for the high quality of the material and styling.”
