Judging by my first impressions, the heavy wool quarter zip sweater I ordered is a good fit and look. The advice I received on which size to take seems spot on. Likewise, I received quick and friendly replies to all inquiries. The one sore or at least strange spot regards the pricing. After browsing here and there and deciding upon the one IrelandsEye sweater, listed on its site for €120, I proceeded to order and pay for it, when it then appeared at the higher price of €154. Why? The customer rep. mentioned that the price is different for different countries of destination, e.g., Germany. A markup of more than 25% where delivery is said to be included? When I repeated the Q, she offered me a 15% discount (on the latter, higher price). Again, she was quick to reply and friendly. But I received no better or further explanation for this strange pricing scheme: listing the item at one price and selling it at another.
