“Delivery of my package has been on hold due to a clearance delay since Nov. 29th. Fed Ex is waiting on information from the shipper or importer. I sent you an email asking if you were contacted and have not received a response. Thank you.”

“The knit is gorgeous. I was not pleased by how small and unusable the pockets are. And the color, Petro Marl, is not nearly as pretty in person. Overall, I’m disappointed with this piece.”

“The quality is okay, I wouldn’t knit such a pattern on my own but I would use a yarn of higher quality. The wool of the sweater in natural was much softer and had a little sheepish smell than the wool of the same sweater in ocean green. But because of the high costs of sending it back to Ireland I kept it. Dried rose as a colour differs from the picture, it’s darker and greyish.”

“Sweaters are quite nice, good wool, lovely and very detailed pattern. Especially the lowered prices make it quite affordable. I like to wear my sweater. Neither does my husband, so I had to send it back. This was absolutely not so nice. First: I had to sent an email to get an return ticket. Then: Print out that ticket by my own. Then: I had to find a smaller box - not the original one- because sending back only one item the post office would have charged me too much. Fourth: I had to bring it to the post office and pay for the transport by my own. So: Irelandseyeknitwear DOES NOT LIKE returned items. But I - and my husband - DO like perfect fitting sweaters and for that the sizes at Irelandseyeknitwear aren´t described perfectly.”

“I purchased the Clover Short Aran Cardigan and was a little disappointed particularly with the ribbed band for the buttonholes and also holding the buttons. The band would need to be reinforced from the back by a stiff tape or some suitable material to give the band some strength and structure. As it is I will not be opening the cardigan and will have to put on and take off over my head as the band is extremely loose knit and in no time with not too much handling is bound to lose its shape entirely. Disappointed as the design and style of this cardigan is first class and at a price of €119.95 Irelands Eye should have gone the extra mile and maybe even charge another €10 for a einforced band.”
