Can't really comment on the product as it was never delivered. The courier, FedEx, stated they attempted delivery on 3 separate occasions, despite the property being occupied and no-one knocking. Only option was to collect from their depot 20 miles away. Had to instruct them to return the package. Sure the products are lovely, just be wary if you're ordering from the UK.

It is not possible to give a review about the knitwear as delivery is already 8 days overdue. Dont purchase from this company as long as the are doning business witt Fedex

Vorsicht ! Ich habe einen Pullunder bestellt der lt website Angabe locker geschnitten ist, mit halsfernem Ausschnitt. Trotz Größenberatung und Angabe von "lockerer Sitz erwünscht" ist er sehr eng. Der Ausschnitt liegt so eng an, dass er drückt. Die Firma ist nicht bereit die teuren Rücksendekosten von 16,50€ zu tragen, trotz Falschangaben auf der Website.

How often have you heard the term "Trust nobody"? I ordered two items.....both arrived.....correct size....correct garments...... wrong colour. My guess is that you sold out of the colour ordered and decided to pawn off the remaining stock in the hope it wouldn't be noticed. Off to the post office to return the incorrect products and waste my time queuing (life is too short for queuing) Very disappointing.

Hi Ollie, I am so sorry to read that you had an issue with your order, this is an extremely rare issue to happen any of our customers. As you can imagine, our warehouse team are extremely busy in the run up to Christmas and the cause is more than likely due to human error and not us choosing to replace colours. If a colour is sold out or an issue occurs, we normally make garments specifically for an order or contact the customer and ask them to pick another colourway or garment and if not offer them a full refund. I have notified our office team who will be awaiting your garments to look into how this may have happened and avoid it happening again. This though warm is a terrible design, it bulges out then tight in at bottom giving a bell shape. You can also see through the holes in the Stiches. Not an elegant or stylish fit very dissatisfied

Hi Caitriona, I am so sorry to read that you have some concerns on your IrelandsEye garment, it is extremely rare that we have any quality issues from any of our customers. Some of the traditional Aran stitches do allow for tiny holes in between these stitches, which cannot be helped unfortunately. Dear IrelandsEay Team, On 8 December I received a defective product. On the same day, I sent you an e-mail accordingly with the defective product and attached the photo. Unfortunately, you are ignoring my e-mail. I will ask you to respond to my letter. You sent me a defective expensive product and within a week you did not even find time to at least respond to my complaint.

Hi Vadim, We're very sorry that there was a small issue with the sleeve of your IrelandsEye garment. This is a very rare issue for us as we regularly check all of our garments before it leaves our factory and we are reviewing internally how this may have happened, to ensure it doesn't happen again. I thought that it could be complicate to order directly from Irleand. And all came true. The parcel is still not there and now I have to pick up in a store. Really not convienent...😢😢😢
