“Overall a wonderful experience which my original order was pre Christmas ; The Haven Collection ; long coat /cardigan /scarf and skirt all in Eggshell ; I found the colour too Dark so exchanged for Bone ;which I duly received and I am delighted with that apart from the width /fullness of the skirt, really wanted to complete the outfit ;tried the M and L but again disappointed ; I then ordered the S but decided to cancel . Is there any chance of having one made up with less material ? Looking forward to hearing from you”

“This isn't my first order, neither fifths in irelandseyeknitwear.com, so I know exactly what I'm getting. Saying that, this time around, I chose cardigan and sweaters from the new heavens collection. As always, the case, everything was packed very well, and with a personal touch. New pieces are very stylish, thinner than blossom collection, however, as warm. Robin cardigan in Larimar was my favourite, fit, colour, and overall look, is amazing. If you're looking for a perfect gift , this is it! It seems that irelandseyeknitwear already offers a variety of styles and colours, but it's great that they can surprise even more. A big thank you for warm and natural pieces.”

“The ordering experience was a bit of a mixed bag overall--there was some kind of glitch in the system where it accepted, confirmed, and "shipped" an order for an archive sale item that was shown on the website as available when actually it was not--but I was satisfied with IrelandsEye's response when I e-mailed for a status update after the expected item arrival date passed with no communication. (The short version of that was, I was issued a prompt refund for the initial order, and someone confirmed directly with the warehouse that an appropriate alternative was available--and only one was left in stock, so I really appreciated the IrelandsEye team's assistance in getting that one ordered.) Also, the product's recipient was absolutely thrilled with it when it arrived, so I would order from IrelandsEye again.”
