“I have bought many Irelands Eye knitwear over the years and have been delighted with how they wear, wash and look. I love the colours and the warmth of the garments which always receive complimentary comments. Buying on line is easy and once you fill in your size details the website recommends which size to order depending on the garment. Believe me this works as the only time I got a sweater that didn’t fit was when I went with what I thought would fit me rather than what was suggested! I recently ordered three items and the site recommended different sizes for each individual item. On arrival I tried them on and all fit perfectly- sizes went from medium to xxl. The returns process if required is very good and both the email and phone contact with the company has always been great with helpful people on the other end.”

“My wife (RIP) was full Irish. Her mother born in Tuam, Galway a Keighty Ryan. Her father's father, Quinn from Sligo. They met in Manchester England in WWII. We visited Tuam and Galway years ago. I am a second generation Easter European immigrant, Slovak and Croatian parents. So we have roots and Europen traditions, although fully American. I have found Europen tastes to me more to my liking. I have Hanna hats which I wear all the time. Your fabric and tailoring demonstrates an understanding of the source, the sheep, the wool, the cut, they style, all made to last and to fit in well with other garments. Here in the USA the empahsis is on rapid change of style to market and sell goods, turn them over quckly with no sense of tradition - except among some who cater to the wealthiest one percenters. I will continue to look to Europe and IrelandsEye for quailty and tradition. What I bought are presents for my son and sons-in-law (3).”
