“I'm very happy with my purchases. Nicely presented. Fast delevery. I can certainly recommend Irelands Eye. The only negative is the contents of the package/box could have been placed in a plastic bag to protect the contents from getting wet. I live on the side of a mountain (in France) and the delivery service sometimes hangs the parcel on the front gate.”

“WHY I GAVE ONE STAR AND CHANGED IT TO FIVE... (please read to the end!) Initial review Unfortunately, I cannot give more than one star as my order still has not arrived despite it being placed in December last year. Something that was supposed to be a 3 business day delivery turned out to be a never-ending story of me chasing my order. It's a shame as I was really looking forward to getting my jumper. The other one that I ordered was a birthday present for a birthday that was last week. Yes, we had Christmas and New Year in between but it still doesn't explain why a delivery from Ireland to the UK mainland has taken three weeks so far. EDIT: After posting the above review, I received an unexpected phone call from IrelandsEye Knitwear. It was very nice of Maureen to try to put things right. I must admit the call took me by surprise as I was more than sure the delivery was going to be a big fail. I wish more companies took pride in how they run their business as IrelandsEye Knitwear did. Since that call, I have now received my order. The cardigan is superb and very warm (and the birthday girl is happy with hers too!). That's why I had to ask for a link to edit my review so I could change the number of stars given as I felt this was the right and fair thing to do. IrelandsEye Knitwear deserved their rating to go from one star to five. Many thanks, Maureen. :-)”
