“I ordered my Brome cardigan on New Years Day evening and it arrived 2 days later. What a quick turn around especially after the Christmas break. It was even nicer than the online photos showed and I am absolutely delighted with it. Beautifully soft and yet the knitting pattern is firm and dense so hopefully it will last for many years to come. Thankyou again.”

“How often have you heard the term "Trust nobody"? I ordered two items.....both arrived.....correct size....correct garments...... wrong colour. My guess is that you sold out of the colour ordered and decided to pawn off the remaining stock in the hope it wouldn't be noticed. Off to the post office to return the incorrect products and waste my time queuing (life is too short for queuing) Very disappointing.”

Hi Ollie, I am so sorry to read that you had an issue with your order, this is an extremely rare issue to happen any of our customers. As you can imagine, our warehouse team are extremely busy in the run up to Christmas and the cause is more than likely due to human error and not us choosing to replace colours. If a colour is sold out or an issue occurs, we normally make garments specifically for an order or contact the customer and ask them to pick another colourway or garment and if not offer them a full refund.
