“A couple of years ago I purchased one of the Glenross Waterfall cardigan at a local retailer. It became my favourite sweater! I couldn't find another one to give as a gift, so I decided to order online. The sweater actually shipped the same day (even though I ordered on the weekend) and I received it quickly. “I loved the experience of ordering and quickly receiving this huge, lovely engraved box with a magnificent teal pullover, wrapped in soft tissues and with a lovely personalised hand written card. The V neck and the cut are both very flattering, I love the pattern and the yarn is very soft but quite warm. 5 star+”

“The knitwear is beautiful and I could not fault it. The delivery was so fast but I had a horrible shock of being charged £56 sterling on the door by the UPS driver for VAT post brexit that I am sad to say soured my experience and made it far too expensive.”
