“Good afternoon. I regret that the delivery of my recent purchase was a disappointment and at one point tried to cancel it. I had to change the UPS initial delivery date. On tuesday February 4th the next delivery date given me I waited all day and it never came.they then suggested late in the day Wednesday 5th but it never came. It eventually arrived on Thursday 6th,left on the doorstep, not signed for delivery. This has never happened before with your deliveries, but I do feel disappointed. Angela Panton.”

“Als ich den Pullover zum ersten Mal in einer Zeitschrift sah, habe ich mich sofort verliebt und ihn bestellt. Auch das war eine Premiere - Bestellung in Irland. Es hat alles ganz wunderbar unkompliziert und sehr schnell funktioniert. Leider fiel Größe L doch zu weit für mich aus und ich habe ihn retourniert und in Größe S neu bestellt. Auch hier wurde mein Umtausch sehr freundlich und locker bearbeitet. Mein Pullover ist der schönste, den ich jemals hatte! Er ist warm, toll geschnitten und ab sofort mein Lieblingsteil für kalte Tage. Das wird nicht mein letzter Pullover gewesen sein - ein großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter von IrelandsEYE!”

“Wanted you to know my order just arrived and it is perfect! I am 66 yrs old and I can count on one hand the clothing items that felt magical to me. A slate blue & moss green puppy tooth check coat I had in 5th grade, a camel silk dress in college, a moss green velvet kaftan in my 40’s and this sweater shawl set. With the exception of my childhood coat, I still wear them and plan on wearing them until I am “called home”. My beautiful Ireland’s Eye pieces will be in heavy rotation now as well”
