“I have bought two very large rugs from this company and once the creases had dropped out have been delighted. They have lasted well and colours were just as advertised. So surprised to read the negative reviews. Am wondering if the company has been taken over? I am now about to order some more as have moved house.”

“5 days . Exactly as expected. 2 runners. 1 very large rug . All settled in place very quickly. Excellent service , price , tracking and delivery. Delighted customer. Ten out of ten !🥰👌”

“I had no issues whatsoever with the company or the rug. It came in 5 days, tracked all the way. Looks exactly like the pictures online. Ridiculously reasonable price too! People complained about creasing etc, saying it hadn't flattened after 3weeks. I put mine down with a couple of heavy books on each corner and steamed it - looked perfect after 24 hours.”

“The rug I bought is stunning- even lovelier than it looked in the website. It's a chindi ragrug style. Delivery was expected to take over a week, but it arrived within 3 days! I was hesitant to try an unknown company, but am really happy with the rug and delivery.”

“Absolutely outstanding service I received from this company. I was quite disappointed when I got a rug delivered which was different to the one I originally ordered, don't get me wrong the quality of it was excellent but it wasn't the one I wanted. Decided to send an email and made a quick phone call to the firm. I was ready to send it back and wait for the proper one. A lady on the phone was very professional and understanding , apologised for the mistake. She said that the proper rug will be sent out immediately and to my very surprise she offered me to keep the wrong one as well. I just received the good rug five minutes ago it is brilliant quality, looks even better than on the photo, I will definitely use this company next time and recommend it to everyone”

“Well I love my rug-I ordered in knowledge I’d have to pay return postage as stated on website and on reviews so planned to sell on an auction site if I didn’t like it but I love it-not wool but still looks expensive-velvety look and easy to clean so for me with new puppy is ideal-opted for a vintage faded style as these don’t look so bad not been wool-mine looks ace!~shipping no probs and free from US to Uk-delivered in under a week-will definitely buy again from irugs-🙂”

“I ordered a rug on Sunday and it arrived on the following Wednesday. I had read reviews saying it was difficult to return items as items are shipped from abroad so I knew that I would be keeping the rug whether I liked it or not. I neednt have worried - it was exactly as per the photo, exactly as per the video and really good quality for £69.”

“Bought a rug from the sale and only after I ordered I realised it was shipping from USA, I was very pleasantly surprised when the rug arrived 3 days later. All taxes / import charges are paid by iRugs so no additional charges. Rug was as perfect.”

“The website is very misleading, and as others stated thought they were in U.K. Had several issues with the rug but found them very easy and obliging to deal with. Customer service was excellent and gave good advice how to deal with the issues that I had.”

“Bought rug from this company, after finding out it is a American company and not UK I was worried after reading reviews on here. But I had ordered it so just kept fingers crossed. Ordered it at 7.30am on Monday and thankfully it arrived on the Thursday at 8am. Maybe got lucky or some reviews on here are over reacting. Yes if want to send it back it’s going to USA, as stated in t&cs Would have been 5 stars but misleading web page with .co.uk.”

“The returns are absolutely a no go I have lost£41 pounds as I cannot return rug to Switzerland it would cost a fortune if they don’t have a depot in England to return product they should not operate here”

“The positive 1. I love my rug (Persian Bidjar circa £800) 2. iRugs delivered exactly to promise but the not so positive 3. This is a US business trying to trick you they are UK 4. The price is "fair" but no bargain 5. The sale price is permanent So - why not be honest iRugs - then I could love you. But I'm not in love as you are not transparent”

“Ordered a rug, paid £69, looks nothing like website. Wouldn’t pay £10 for it. Return service is sht, have to return to Switzerland return cost £25 or seller offered to keep the rug and they will partial refund of £25. What a scam. I returned the rug cost me £25. Got my full Refund. Will stick with Dunelm and next for good quality rug and a good return service :(. Don’t fall for online review”

“paid £120 for a rug that when it arrived lookes nothing like the website. Cheap and ugly. Have to return tp either switzerland or usa and have to pay the cost. Wish i had seen reviews before purchasing. Absolute scam”

“Rug quality is abysmal and refund policy is non existing. Asking to pay 45 gbp to return a rug lower valued than the shipping charges! Don’t bother. I should have read the reviews before buying. Thankfully not a big loss.”

“Reporting these people to trading standards. They offer a paltry amount as a refund when you want to return an item. This is abuse and fraudulent in intent. Do no purchase anything from this company.”
