“Apple iPhone battery was 80% capacity so I had replaced. The replaced battery was noticeably worse, dropping a percent per minute. I took the phone back to have another one but same issue - meaning could have been simply damage in process. They would not give me refund. So I've effectively paid to worsen my phone.”
“Headed today to get my battery iphone changef, on the website, it says everything is apple approved and the inly thing which wont be garenteee in the waterproof which is understandable as the phone will be not sealed anymore, the guy working there told ne yea the parts are not original Apple and if I change it with them I will always have a message on my phone saying I’m using a non original part in my phone. I just left and did it in apple in 1h was ready and costs on’y 40£ more. Ismash should mention that the parts are not original and we will have a messages which say that on the phones.”
“Went to the Westfield city branch because my phone won’t charge. Was told it required a change of charging port for £49. Left the phone with them and was told the very next morning that they tried everything including changing the battery but it won’t work. The phone is good as dead but they are willing to sell me a iPhone 8 for 180 😂. Took my phone down the road to a phone repair kiosk and the guy changed the battery. I’m now typing this review with my working phone.
I gave them an extra star because they didn’t charge me.”
