“It’s the 3rd or 4th time I have bought products from iStrap & they fit so well & delivery is quick. This time I bought the Milanese watch band for my series 6 44mm Apple Watch & I’m really happy with it. It looks great & fits really nicely. Plus it gives my watch a more dressier look for when I go out. They are so easy to change over from my sports band to my new Milanese band. I will definitely keep buying from iStrap because it’s so much cheaper than original gear without sacrificing on quality. A big thumbs up 👍 to IStrap. Cheers Peter”

“Band quality is good, however, I’m disappointed with the after sale customer service. I ordered 6 bands recently with BUNDLE & SAVE 20% discount. I want to exchange 2 bands as they did not meet colour expectations. Customer service told me that I can get credit for the discounted price and will have to pay full price for the exchange items. I believe this is not a fair trade practice. I have bought 6 bands and therefore discount should be applicable on the exchange items. Moreover, I’m paying shipping both ways. I have email exchange chain with customer service team, where they repeatedly admit to have understood my concern but fail to address it.”
