“Very unhappy. I made a mistake on my order. Called early next morning. Response was nil on chat line and email didn’t offer any urgent assistance to rectify before the order was shipped. They said send it back but would cost additional $20 to return and for istrap to resend . Didn’t think it was worth the extra shipping or time and aggravation l feel it cld have been sorted out before shipping if there was interest to do so.”

“The terrible shopping experience, the watchband is faulty, and the edge is melted when it arrived. Try to contact the customer support team but got a very irresponsible reply and no one contact after that. Not recommend to anyone at all!!! Poor service and product quality!!!!!”

“Unfortunately I have no choice but to leave a negative review. I purchased two tempered glass Apple Watch screen protectors. I followed all instructions and still ended up with bubbling and the screen cover being unresponsive to touch. Basically it makes the watch usable. I contacted their customer service team and they told me I was at fault for how I fitted the product. They did office store credit for the other one which I have not fitted but I don’t even know if I’ll bother. It’s such a shame as I’ve use products like this before with no issue. I wish I had read some of the reviews prior to the purchase. Do not waste your time or money.”
