“I signed up to receive a subscription and within 24 hours of my taking and paying for my order, you sent me a details of your Black Friday event with order price reductions. Doesn't seem at all fair.”

“Overall great service. Not given 5 stars as paying through Amazon was slightly confusing - as a result of difficulty completing iCard on final page ended up with 5 emails to confirm order! Then had to contact Amazon & iSubscribe to make sure I'd only been charged once (& not x5!).. Both contacts dealt with efficiently so all was well ????”

“Good customer service and replied promptly to my emails. One minor point, many spelling mistakes and poor grammar in reply was a little unprofessional and made the email more difficult to read.”

“Trying to order a subscription on line was so confusing that I ended up doing it by phone. I only wanted to establish 1 subscription but found it impossible to do so on line. In fact the order showed that I wanted 2 subscriptions and it would not let me cancel one of them and start again. Hence I found it easier to do it by phone. However I am being bombarded by e-mails telling me that: There is still time to complete your order at isubscribe. You see. Your website does not allow for me to cancel my original inquiry even though I closed the site down. It still sees my original trying to order 1 subscription as ordering 2!!”

“I have recently purchased a repeat subscription to Dalesman and notice I have been charged twice. One amount for £32 and one for £29.50 ( which is the correct one) I did notify you by e-mail but clearly this has not either been received or dealt with. Your Jennifer jar.doha@gmail.com”
