Re subscription of Good Housekeeping from Hurst Magazines to an address in Germany: editions have not been delivered and/or same edition has been delivered twice following my phone calls. It is now September. The last edition delivered was for the month of May. Hurst say they have dispatched the magazine on time so the fault lies either with yourselves or with the contracted delivery service in Germany. Get it sorted.

I ordered a subscription as a gift for someone else. During the ordering process I was asked when I wanted it to start and ticked the "immediately" box, expecting that to mean the next available issue. It then took 18 days for the first issue to arrive.

Thank you for your review Martin. Subscriptions start with the next available issue and the issue before 10th March when your gifted subscription commenced was already labeled up for dispatch and therefore wasn’t included within the subscription unfortunately. I understand that you selected 'Yes' when asked 'is this a renewal?' however because your subscription had already expired this started with the next available issue I am sorry that you feel the gift subscription started with too much of a delay, if there’s anything myself or my team can do to help with any future queries please do let me know. Kind Regards, Hannah Wood General Manager

I believe this group sold/gave my email address to a vast number of people/sites as I have been inundated with thrash from the likes of mortgage sales to viagra. I am furious and upset to have given my details to the group.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear your subscription to The Economist has not yet been received to the recipient. I have contacted the publishers who have confirmed some issues should have been received so I will send you a separate email detailing all the relevant information- I hope this helps!

As the order was a Christmas present, I requested that a gift notification be emailed to the recipient on Christmas Day, to date that email has never arrived. Why? as this option was available from the drop down list.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear the icard created on the 20/12/16 was not received to the recipient, as requested. I can only assume this may have been a technical fault from our side or the icard was re-directed to her Junk mail, for which we apologize for. I am aware this may be too late to re-send but if you would like to alter the message and have this re-sent, we would be more than happy to do so.

I managed to find the magazine I wanted at a the price I expected however, I asked that a email/ICard be sent to the recipient after all it was to be a Christmas gift, neither Icard or magazine have yet been received, and the recipient left to think I'd forgotten her at Christmas.

Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry to hear the icard created for the recipient was never received, spoiling their Christmas gift! I can see looking over your account this was created on the 27/11/16 with your message included. I will of course have this re-sent, even if it may be a little too late! In regards to her subscription, I hope she enjoys!

I've been getting bombarded by emails since ordering my magazine despite ticking the box for no emails, and unsubscribing. Avoid isubscribe!

Thank you for your review. Please be advised we only ask you to review the experience as a whole, while placing your order on our website . We are aware the magazine would have not reached to you so we do apologise if you feel this was sent too soon.

Choice of magazines was poor if you only had a voucher to use. Too many items were direct debit only. Also the cost was excessive and represented little or no saving against going direct. I would not wish to receive a subscription voucher in future !

Thank you for your review. Firstly, I would just like to apologise your gift voucher was not what you had hoped for. We are a third party subscription company and DD payments are handled from the publishers, which would explain why our iSubscribe gift vouchers cannot be used against these, along with a direct debit subscription being a continuous payment. I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused when trying to select your magazine.

Having ordered a subscription in October for a November birthday present, it was delivered after Christmas and only after I had to telephone to remind the company that I had ordered it. Altogether, fery disappointing for the child involved.

Thank you for your review Claire I have contacted Warners Publications to find out why the first issue was received after the 4-6 week lead time. They explained that from October time they start all gifted subscriptions after Christmas, with caution that these might be Christmas presents. They apologise that this was not communicated, and your subscription should have started earlier in accordance with isubscribe terms. I have emailed Warners to discuss this and to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Thank you for your review Graham I have called Lincolnshire Life today and the first issue is on it's way now, if it hasn't already been received. I hope the recipient enjoys the magazine!

Just to say on signing up, the first copy of magazine should be posted immediately. There should not be a 4-6 week delay!

Thank you for your review Natalie Tatler is a monthly magazine and subscribers start with the next new issue, Im sure you would like the magazine sooner however due to the monthly schedule, and the fact that subscribers get the issues before they hit the shops, this is why there is a lead time of 4-6 weeks for a monthly We hope you enjoy reading the magazine!

Bought as a xmas present for my daughter and included the option to receive an email on xmas day to tell her about the subscription to Tatler magazine. Really disappointed that she did not receive the email - thought it would be a nice surprise for Xmas.

Bad communication. I purchased a Prima subscription for my daughter-in-law and not only was the £5 voucher NOT recorded but iSubscribe have managed to issue 2 separate subscriptions at 2 different prices.

Thank you for your review Mrs Etherington I have located your order and you have ordered 2 Prima subscriptions, one of which the £5 voucher was redeemed against. The amount paid for your subscriptions has now been transferred to the publishers, therefore I have emailed them to ask that 1 subscription is refunded to you. I will also now send you a separate email to confirm the details.

I subscribed to 2 different magazines individually as a Christmas gift for someone and ticked the box for an email to be sent to her. Neither gift email arrived. Thankfully, I was with the recipient on Xmas morning that I could show her what had been purchased but it would have been a much nicer surprise had she opened her email and found it there.

I bought a subscription to British Archaeology as a Christmas present for my husband. I was told that an e message announcing the subscription would be sent to my husband's email on a date of my choosing (Christmas Day). This message never arrived and still hasn't.
