You offer £5 off vouchers in emails, which you then say in the small print have run out! The website offers £2.50 off but when you get through to the checkout there is no box to put the offer voucher in. Misleading advertising- very poor indeed.

As my Granddaughter has still not received her first magazine I feel that so far the service has not been good

Thank you for your review Caroline I am sorry that the first issue hasn't arrived in the time you would have expected. I have contacted the publishers for the start date, this is the issue dated 18th January and this should arrive with the recipient the week before this date. I hope she enjoys the magazine!

I ordered a subscription to BBC Wildlife as a Christmas gift for a young person and was told I would receive a copy of the December edition to give him as the present and let him know what he would be getting for the next year. The magazine has not arrived.

Subscribed to 'Kitchen Garden' and was told to download Zinio, which I did - on my computer, tablet, 2 Fires, one Motorola and a BlackBerry Android. No sign of it anywhere; £25 down the drain. NOT recommended

Thank you for your review I have located your order and i can see this was flagged as a gift. You will have received a gift email in which you have to activate the subscription via a link on the gift email. You can then set up a Zinio account, or login to your existing account. I only ordered this magazine last week and already I am being asked to write a review. How daft can you get? A review request at this time simply irritates and can only be counterproductive as far as iSubscribe is concerned. Perhaps to request a review after the first issue of the magazine has been received would be in order.

I signed up to receive a subscription and within 24 hours of my taking and paying for my order, you sent me a details of your Black Friday event with order price reductions. Doesn't seem at all fair.

I have recently purchased a repeat subscription to Dalesman and notice I have been charged twice. One amount for £32 and one for £29.50 ( which is the correct one) I did notify you by e-mail but clearly this has not either been received or dealt with. Your Jennifer jar.doha@gmail.com

Well first of all I did the order through my work rewards ,,but so far ha e not been allocated the wow points so have had to put a claim in ,secondly you gave a five pound of voucher to use on my next order Which I want to use but the code is invalid ,so I ask will I ever seen my magazine

after signing up for the 12 month subscription. I have not received notification when I will receive my first publication or did the agent advise.

Thank you for your review. Please be advised we are a third party subscription company who take orders on behalf of the publishers . As we does not handle the actual dispatch of the magazines we are only able to offer guidelines regarding delivery dates. As yours in a bi- monthly publication, you should expect to receive your first issue within 6-8 weeks time, from your order date, as stated on your email confirmation. Please note you will also receive a letter in the post from the publishers at a later time to confirm the exact date. I hope this helps.

I ordered a subscription and was told it would take five weeks for the first magazine to arrive as this was a gift I had hoped it wold be sooner. Also a gift card with it would have been appreciated.

Hi there, Thank you for leaving us a review. Please be advised for all monthly publications we have to make our customers aware delivery can take between 4-6 weeks. In most cases they come sooner, but as we do not send them we cannot guarantee this, which is why the industry guidelines are set. In regards to a gift card, we can set up an icard for you. I have sent a separate email to you for you to provide the relevant information for this to be set up.

the website does not easily accommodate gift vouchers. The telephone service is totally acceptable.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you couldn't easily navigate the redemption of your gift card. On the checkout there is a section where you can enter your gift card number and the amount to pay will be reduced accordingly. I made a purchase in error and needed to change my order. They do so immediately but I had to wait over a week and two more phone calls for a refund and was then sent a cheque.

Thank you for your feedback. isubscribe are able to refund directly to a customer via their original payment method within 48 hours of the order being placed. After this time, the order and original payment is with the publishers who handle fulfilment. In this instance the refund was to come from OK magazine, which is why this may have taken a little longer as this involved isubscribe liaising with OK regarding the refund. I am sorry that you were disappointed, however I hope the magazine ordered is enjoyed by the recipient!

No confirmation of subscription or when it would start, no instruction how to log on to e telegraph, no email sent when had to request resetting password because TS number not recognised. Result: no electronic newspaper!,,,,

The Telegraph send you login information separately, as this is fulfilled by themselves. i have contacted them today to let them know you are having trouble getting the online version, they advised to go via their app, enter your TS number with capital T&S and also to include a space where applicable in your post code. unable to process code which would have given me james martin cookbook. Phoned and emailed and still have not got a result . VERY DISAPPOINTED

Hi there Thank you for your review. isubscribe haven't offered a code to redeem a James martin cookbook therefore I think this must have been an offer that you received directly with Sainsburys magazine. I apologise for any confusion, I hope you enjoy the recipes in the magazine!

Failure to fulfil an order, which incidentally was a Birthday gift. I ordered and paid for the subscription in July and to date we have only received one copy of the magazine despite six different phone calls. This months issue has still not arrived and yet the new one is due out next week. Definitely NOT happy and this is not the first time. Last year we had the same problem plus the paper quality is getting worse. It wouldn't be so bad if they offered some complimentary magazines but no nothing! May as well just go direct to local newsagent.

Dear Rosemarie ,Firstly I would like to thank you for taking time to review us. I apologise that this gift has not been smooth running; this is due to the magazine changing to a new dispatch agent. Which has slightly delayed two of the recent issues. You should have received an issue in August, I have sent you over a personal email to check the delivery address and provide further information also compensation for the delay experienced due to the change of dispatch companies. I ordered over the phone. About three to four mistakes in the short message. Also, not a very friendly telephone operator. Also, answerphone message saying they don't open the lines until 9am - but it was five past!
