I ordered a subscription as a gift for my friend. I didn't have her current email address at the time ..:so she could receive the email from I subscribe telling her about the gift. I then got the email and the following day sent an email to I subscribe asking if they could now send this gift message to my friend. I did not even receive a reply. My friend did not get any email and thought p had forgotten her birthday. Poor customer service

Hi Bronagh, Thank you for taking time to review us. I am sorry to hear about your experience on our website. I am not sure what has happened here as it doesn't show an iCard that you created nor can we find any emails from you. Of cause we have a lot of customer gifting subscriptions and we are quick to respond to iCard queries to ensure that the iCard arrives on time. We will investigate into this to ensure this will not happen again.

I purchased an e voucher as I needed it for a birthday present 2 days later. The email never arrived and there was no one available to contact over the weekend. This is so frustrating as they specifically advertise for last minute gifts.They did get back to me on the Monday and sent the voucher.

To have the magazine subscription delivered to France I thought was expensive and would not have bought it if it was not a present for someone special.

Hi John, Thank you for taking time to review us. As the magazine is delivered abroad it dose cost bit more in postage that is included in the cost. The publishers use a delivery company who are reliable to ensure the magazine arrives on time.

Very unhappy that I did not receive a confirmation of Order immediately. I did not in fact know that it had been accepted until I checked Visa account. I do not know if magazine I ordered is correct one nor when I can expect first copy and if you have address correct. John Ware

I am sorry to hear the confirmation email did not reach you straight away, I have resent this to you and investigating why you didn't receive it when the order was placed. This email provides delivery guidelines which can also be found on our website. At the point of order we can only provide delivery guidelines as we offer a large selection of magazines. I have sent you an email with the delivery details of the particular magazine you ordered.

I purchased The Peoples Friend magazine paying a subscription on 6th may 2016 ' To date I have'nt received anything .it is a weekly magazine and I should have received a copy on11th may

Hi Elaine, Thank you for taking time to review us. The first issue of your subscription can take 4-6 weeks to arrive as stated on our website and on your confirmation email. It takes time for the first delivery as the delivery labels are printed weeks in advance. As soon as the first issue arrives it will arrive each week to your door.

Sent as gift to my daughter but e card failed to arrive as requested. Let's hope the. Magazine arrives.

Since you ask, I was in difficulties on the ISUBSCRIBE website in trying to arrange a 12 month only order of The Artist. Everything seemed to lead to a direct debit arrangement so I had to resort to the telephone next day. More of a struggle than I expected.

I bought the same magazine last year as a birthday gift. When the renewal was due i received no communication and was horrified to discover when i did re order it that the reminder had been sent to the recipient and not to me the purchaser. had I known you had done this I would most certainly not have re ordered from you. I would welcome an explanation

Ordered Wedding magazine on 29th January for a newly engaged friend. It is now 3 months later and she has still not received her magazine. As she gets married next April she would benefitted from the magazines a couple of months ago not a couple of months after her wedding!! I have emailed Isubscribe twice and the magazine supplier and had no replies. Very disappointed :-(

i only require the three month offer for £3 -00 SO I NOW HAVE TO ENSURE I CANCEL the direct debit before £21-25 is taken from the bank i will contact the oldie magazine to ensure i only have the 3 months deal disturbed OAP not happy with this way of customer service A.J.GRAY

Your post purchase email is generic & does not clearly state when I'll receive my first order? & why did I not get the opportunity to buy an electronic version instead. I've subsequently discovered this is an option & I would have chosen that instead?

As we offer a large number of titles we only provide guidelines for the first delivery, many of our publihsers will send a letter or email to inform them when the first issue will be sent. We currently do not offer the digital subscription for the title you ordered at this time. I have sent you an email with the start date of your subscription and advice of how to change the order to digital.

It's entirely brainless to ask for a review as on buying the subscription I understood the first magazine won't arrive for 4 - 6 weeks or more. I'm being asked to rate the service before I've received the goods. I only took this out about a week ago!

received email saying Boxing Monthly for Tony soon coming to end click 'renew' to continue subscription without missing an issue. but it was useless. had to phone on the Monday morning to arrange it all. the service on the phone was okay, but I should have just been able to click renew, it really should have been that easy, I'm angry that it wasn't.

Ordered a one off magazine for £8 and still waiting for delivery 9 days later . Previous orders have been absolutely perfect but feel a bit frustrated with this order as its a present

Lyndsey Nelson, recipient of the subscription, has not received any card notification about her Inside Crochet gift. I ordered a card to be delivered on her birthday 11th February. I would appreciated it if this could be rectified as soon as possible.

The actual magazine I subscribed to costs three pounds less if you don't use 'isubscribe'. Furthermore 'isubscribe' failed to comment about this when asked via email.

I wasn't very happy as I realised I paid more than I should have, the recipient did not receive a free gift and she didn't receive an email advising her the gift had been purchased for her as I requested. The magazine also seems to be received very late.
