Ordered 2 copies of Gardeners World May addition on 25th April, still not arrived. Contacted customer service twice (1st email not answered) after 8 days received reply telling me they have been posted, should have arrived 4th May but maybe delayed so please wait a few more days!!!! They took my money on the 25th April. Not happy, seen in shop wish I had waited and bought them there, probably sold out by the time this gets sorted.

I have purchase digital subscription , i have not received any instructions .I have also raised this issue with customer service but still no replay.

Be very careful with using this company. 9 weeks after taking my order for a monthly subscription I still haven't received any items. I contacted them after 6 weeks and was told I'd receive the magazine within 2 weeks but it didn't and still hasn't come. Complained to customer service again on week 9 and didn't even get a response I've had to raise a dispute with PayPal

I paid for 12 months . I have just been charged for another year no email, no contact to ask if I wanted to renew, no option to cancel. I do not want to subscribe for another year and i haven't been given the option!!

I bought a subscription in December. 12 Months Wallpaper Magazine. It is now March 7th and still nothing. This was a Christmas gift which makes it all the more embarrassing. I asked to cancel but they said it was on its way. I did not ask for it to be sent again. I asked for my money back. Simple

Thank you for your review. I have located your order, my colleague has previously corresponded with yourself to advise that the subscription to Luxembourg commenced with the March issue which should have arrived by 9th February. This was arranged to be re-sent this week. I have processed a refund to you today, via your original payment method. No notification that my iCard has been received by my wife. And the magazine delivery has not yet commenced, leaving her extremely upset.

Dear Mr Englender Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the magazine has not arrived, i believe my colleague has corresponded with you today to advise that the subscription commenced on 4th February. As nothing has been received the subscription has been extended by 5 issues and the magazines will arrive in a brown envelope moving forward. This was supposed to have been a gift, however it has taken over 6 weeks to get any confirmation of the subscription from the publisher and when it has arrived they've increased the price of the subscription. The lack of any correspondence meant I thought the order had not gone through. I have no idea when the magazine will be sent to the recipient for whom I ordered the gift, but their Birthday has already gone.

Dear Miss Prigg Thank you for your email. I apologise for the information sent to you, I have contacted Traplet Publications today to ask what has happened, they have confirmed that they have now cancelled the Direct Debit entered as £10.50 every 3 months and are currently re-entering this as £9.95 every 3 months, as advertised. They have not yet taken any payments for this order and you will receive a confirmation letter with the amended details. The subscription will start with the issue dated April 2017 but Traplet have arranged for the current, March 2017 edition to be sent free of charge by way of an apology. My daughter never received her email on her birthday confirming her present so I will cancel the next 6 month subscription. She's checked all aspects junk spam nothing. So I feel you've really let me down and more to the point her..

I am very sorry that the icard wasn't received, I have just re-sent this now, although I understand this would have been required on the recipient's birthday and I can only apologise that this didn't reach her. I am sorry that you feel the user experience is awarded 1 star, if you have any specific feedback this would be gratefully received. I have contacted Kitchen Garden and the April copy will be posted from the UK on 24th February, they have advised to wait up to 2 weeks from this date for receipt in Spain. I have located your order placed on 31st January, the February issue was already published by this date therefore your subscription is set to commence with the March issue which is due with you on or just before 24th February. Having just subscribed for 12 months (13 issues ) at a cost of £47.00, I noticed that in the March copy there was an offer for 13 issues at £28.99 or 5 issues for £5.00. Why were these offers not shown on the web site when I was subscribing ? Certainly no renewal when this subscription ends.

I tried to take out a subscription online to Standpoint. I was unable to. No explanation on the website what the problem was. Most people would have given up. I phoned to get a subscription and was told this was a common problem with the browser. Why not say so, better still why not fix it?

Hi Victor, Thank you for taking time to review us. We are aware of this error but can not pin point the problem, we found that changing the web browser is temporary solution. Our IT team are investigating this hoping to have this resolved in the next few days.

This is the first email I've received from you . I never received a confirmation of my order or the gift note to add to the person i'm giving the years subscription of House and Graden. The fact I've received an email , does reassure me that the subscription will happen. But this is the first notification I've had .

I would have rated you higher if I had actually received a magazine yet, but I am still waiting... The process of paying and ordering was easy, but it's just fallen down at the final hurdle!

Hi Graeme, We are sorry to hear you have not yet received your magazine. Im not sure if you placed your order directly through the website or over the phone however, we are a third party company. Therefore it can take up to two weeks for the publishers to receive and process your order. I have now sent you a personal email with some information that I have just received from the publishers.

Hi Clare, Apologies that your Grandson did not receive his Icard for his birthday. I can see from your account that there was an Icard due to be sent out on 14/1/2017. Sometimes the emails can get sent to the junk mail, so it may have been due to this. As your order has only just recently been placed you will not be due to receive the magazine just yet, however it should be with you shortly. 4 months and still no magazine! Phone isubscibe and customer adviser seemed disinterested and blamed the publisher!!
