Dear Neil, Thank you for your email. Please accept our sincere apologies the icard was never received. I can see looking into your account one was created on the 29/02/16 and was sent to the email address provided. I will of course re-send. Please advise Ben if he could also check his junk mail folder, sometimes they may be filtered through to here.

“I am used to using online renewals but found it impossible to complete my purchase online. The problem revolved round logging in and passwords. In the end I had to resort to phoning, where my request was dealt with efficiently.”

“Since using this coming in December paying my money . I still at Feburary have not received my purchase . I would safely say the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Only interested in getting my money . No feed back no information nothing . I will actively go out of my way to recommend to everyone I meet to never use this company a truly sorry experience from start to finish . A joke .”

“I was advised that my subscription to Shipping Today and Yesterday was due so I renewed. It turned out it was not and I overpaid the subscription. I now have a subscription that takes me to February 2018 because of Isubscribe`s incompetence.”

“Made an order on 30/11/15. Heard nothing. Received nothing. Called to enquire today (5/1/16) and told that it can take 12 weeks before receiving first subscription. Seems like a long time. There was no mention of long delay when ordering.”

“Used before had no problems! This time all I wanted was a gift card for a stocking filler!website wasn't very clear!! Ordered a week ago, took money from my paypal account, I had no confirmation email, no delivery of gift card! I rang up but apparently I ordered a e-gift voucher? All very unclear to me on website this time round, I wanted a gift card, they even asked for my delivery address when I originally ordered! Spoke to someone and she said she would re-email me the voucher but still nothing? It's 3 days before Xmas and unlikely to get a delivery now! Still awaiting a response!:(”

“A fortnight after paying for magazines to be delivered to Sweden for Christmas the recipients have not had an email to confirm they are coming nor have they received anything. I am very disappointed. Pauline”

“Bought two friends magazine subscription as a Christmas gift. It took three phone calls to get them to email the ecards so we could put it in to the Christmas card to post it. Hope the service is better through out the years subscription.”

“Order 10 weeks ago, still not received. Concidering I am paying what amounts to $100 in postage I would have thought this would have been quicker. Also really in this modern age youhave to ship the magazines? Surely they can be formated and printed locally .....update .... was told it would be here 3rd December but .... It is now over 13 weeks I am told it will be here on 11th January , not much use for Xmas!”

“I ordered and paid for a magazine on 29/09/2015 and at this moment on 27/11/2015 I still have not received a copy of the magazine, ordered craft stamper, not happy at having to wait over 2 months for a monthly magazine”
