I ordered a magazine over a month ago and the payment was taken immediately. However, no email confirmation was sent and, up to this point, no magazine has arrived. I'll be demanding a refund.

Promised 5% discount to be accounted for on the payment page - did not get it. Their comment: "oops, sorry, we have technical issues" but I have spent my money already. Forces you to agree to receiving promotional material and some dubious privacy blah-blah when you sign up. Promises that you can unsubscribe using the email hot-link - This did not work. Their comment "oops, sorry, we have technical issues" They requested a review via email - with not a single instruction on how to write a review at www.reviews.co.uk. Nor was there a link allowing you to find the site. Now I find I cannot believe them on privacy either - due to "technical issues" To their Credit; when I sent them a Notice under section 11 of the Data Protection Act 1998 - to Unsubscribe, the beleaguered Ms Polly Harben was quick to respond with confirmation, guarantees and again an apology amounting to "oops, sorry, we have technical issues" Can I trust them - remains to be seen, 12 months from now...

The vouchers are a con I brought a £15 gift for my husband and there isn't one magazine you can subscribe to as a 'one off' for this amount...unless you sign up for a direct debit, still leaving you with a voucher! which wasn't the point of the gift. If he had liked a magazine after the initial 6 issues, then he could have chosen this option, but you don't want to commit to a direct debit straight away, that's what I thought the idea of gift vouchers was. Also the magazine he wanted is not available 'wonderepedia'. Which isn't that big of a deal, apart from, now there is nothing to spend the voucher on, even if he added £5 to this. All of the £15-20 deals are dd only - not able to redeem a gift card against....rubbish.

While their web site was easy to use the service was disappointing. I had requested that they send an email to the recipient on a specific day (his birthday) to inform him that he would be receiving the monthly magazine I had ordered. This was a service they offered. This email has not yet arrived.

Bought gift voucher as a gift but you cannot use a £20 voucher without setting up a direct debit for the remained of the subscription. A total con!

I have 3 subscriptions with iSubscribe, two work very well but the third one is dreadful. I've never once had the magazine without having to email and telephone about non-delivery. I've told them several times that the problem is there is no postcode on the address label and as I live in France I won't receive it without the postcode. Nobody listens! In the next couple of days I'm going to have to telephone them again!! Very disappointed!!

I-subscribe emailed me saying my subscription for the mag I get for dad was due. I renewed. Next day I get a call from the publishers - my subscription is not due for another 12 months. They advised me to ignore I-subscribe emails. They will email me when it is due. I was not scammed, but annoyed.

This was Purchased as a Fathers Day gift, over a week in advance of the day and still we have not had a magazine almost 4 weeks later... Disappointing :(

A pointless exercise. As if slow delivery of the vouchers wasn't bad enough, they were sent to the billing address and not the delivery address specified, meaning additional postage costs incurred. Disappointing from start to finish. Impossible to recommend.

The recipient of the gift voucher did not receive the promised email on his birthday, and when we came to redeem it for a 6 month subscription we find it is not valid for subscription of less than 12 months.

I have NEVER received a single magazine, total rip off - DO NOT USE. I did not even get an email confirmation so I could chase. USELESS.

After placing and paying for a subscription in February and calling several times to find out why my magazines had not arrived, I am told, this month (May) that the publishers cannot process my order. 3 months I was waiting and that was the only explanation I got back. Not happy at all!!!

I had to phone iSUBSCRiBE to find out when my magazine was going to be delivered. I placed the order on 20-4-2014. I have heard absolutely nothing but a very helpful lady at the end of the phone contacted the publishers and she phoned me straight back saying the delivery will be next week. Why don't the publisher's give you a date of your first delivery? I hope I get the Magazine that has the 6 page article of the Vulcan XH558. I am the Regional Representative of Berkshire and we had a very successful talk in Newbury last week from Barry Masefield and Andy Marson who are retired Vulcan aircrew. Graeme Miller.

For reasons best known to themselves, they declined my Quidco cashback. I would not have used them had I know that this scam was going to be used. Avoid.

I purchased one year subscription of Classic Car magazine for my brother in law for his 60th birthday and asked for the card to be sent to an email address to reach him on his birthday. This was not sent and as a result I had to forward your email showing the card. This is not acceptable as the subscription was not inexpensive and as a pensioner I was disappointed with the service I received for the amount I paid.
