I have contacted your customer services on several occassions re non delivery of magazines. The lady I have dealt with is very pleasant and helpful but problem has remain unsolved.

In my experience, purchasing the subscription through iSubscribe offered no advantage over going direct - I thought I would get cashback via Quidco but iSubscribe declined with no reason given. Purchasing through iSubscribe also resulted in a very poor experience overall. I purchased an online subscription and had to chase the magazine to check the order had been received as there was no welcome / communication or notification from them, suggesting a process or communication failure between them and iSubscribe. When I made contact I found my subscription had started several days earlier - not good.

I thought that I bourght a subscribtion of Jamie Oliver on iPad. But instead I had bourght the real magazine, and when I tried to undo the subscribtion they just said that they didn't have anything to do with that. So now I have 2 subscribsions in paper and one one the iPad, and no one who thinks its there buissnes to help me with!!!!

We have been trying to get you to send magazines to our correct address. They are still not being sent to us but are going out to a wrong address. We are going to have to cancel because we cannot continue to pay for magazines which are going to the wrong address.

I ordered and paid for three magazines. Had to wait a month for the first to arrive and then only received two magazines.

The subscription I ordered in February for my mother's birthday was never delivered - not impressed and I will therefore not use ISubscribe again.

My money was taken in March when I ordered but athough it was a weekly magazine which I would have thought I could have slotted into the schedule of fairly quickly, I had to wait 10 weeks to receive a first issue. My date of birth was requested , it said so I could receive something for my birthday. I got nothing. And no free gift for subscribing as UK orders got. Seems a little unfair considering the cost of an overseas subscription. Will try a different company in future unless I receive something to make up for these things. I am now receiving my magazine every Tuesday without fail so have no complaint there and I was dealt with by a very helpful lady when I complained about the length of time I had to wait to receive the first issue, but she could do nothing about it.

This was a simple renewal of a trade magazine. 1. I subscribe were a complete pain to deal with 2. It would be much easier to just ring farmers weekly and pay for renewal. 3. It is a complete pain to be contacted at least 3 times by email and asked to review what should have been a very simple transaction. 4.having bought one item I get pestered to buy every other pointless product they provide. 5. My recommendation "don't deal with I subscribe. I never will again

You have three times sent the Food Magazine to the wrong address - mine. It was a gift and should have gone to the second address; the one sent three times to you!

The magazine ordered took several emails and six weeks to arrive, so I missed issues. I do not feel like using your company again.

Sent completely wrong confirmation of a magazine. Took money when I was told to cancel it. Took 3 week after multiple times calling requesting the refund.

Well what can I say. I paid for a 6 month subscription for the conveniece. To date - have received one of these magazines and that was after I complained it didnt arrive. The second I had to complain but nothing was sorted and now im waiting for the third months which is already out in shops but have not received anything. Waste of time. Won't be doing it again.

I signed up with you to receive the Telegraph and after a month had passed I had heard nothing. You told me to contact the Telegraph who then told me that you had never passed my details on to them.

1 magazine arrived on time. The other has not arrived despite repeated calls to the UK-at MY expense and to the US company who apparently bought the North American rights to BBC History Magazine . VERY P------ OFF!!!!!
