The service was good but as a not for profit organisation we were disappointed to have to pay an additional £30 (£195) for the annual subscription, when the direct debit payment was £165. This is extortionate .. paying by credit card does cost a little more but certainly not £30 more.

Thank you for your review Ms Lobo i understand that you are disappointed that the direct debit subscription price is cheaper than if you are to do a one-off payment for 1 year. isubscribe are a third party company and the prices on our website are supplied to us by the magazine publishers. Quite often they offer a lower price for a direct debit subscription on the basis that the customer will have the subscription for a long period of time. I am sorry that this option was not as financially viable for your company, and I will take your comments on board. I was very pleased to receive a voucher for magazine subscription for my birthday. I went to the website to select my magazine or magazines, as I had a voucher for £30 but was disappointed in the pricing, I selected my choice then realised because I was paying by a voucher it was £5 more than if I had chosen to pay by direct debit. So instead of chose g two different magazines, I. Oils only have one at the higher price!!

Thank you for your review Ms Donghue Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on a direct debit payment method, this is because a direct debit is an ongoing payment taken directly from your bank by the magazine publishers. I understand that you are disappointed that the direct debt option is £5 cheaper, isubscribe are a third party company therefore the prices that we list are provided to us by the publishers. Easy website, good offers, but too difficult to use £5 vouchers, no welcome gifts for magazines as gifts.

Thank you for your review Mrs Walker I am sorry that you found it difficult to use your £35 voucher. If it would help I can send you a list of all magazine subscriptions for £35 and under? This would exclude payment by ongoing direct debit. If you have a certain type of magazine you were looking for I can focus on this genre. I made 1 order and have been charged twice on my credit card. I sent an email a week ago and have yet to receive any kind of response.....

Dear Mr Dougherty Thank you for your review. I believe you have since spoken to my colleague Gemma and the confusion lay with the fact that with Amazon payments Amazon send you 2 emails; 1 to confirm a payment has been initiated and another to confirm a payment has been taken. Telesales not up to date with offer sent out in email I had to forward email received from isubscribe back to isubscribe ? Room for improvement?

Been asked to write a review of isubscribe. However I actually have not received any of my magazines from them as yet, so it is difficult to say if I am satisfied. Hopefully I will receive on soon.

Hello Christine, As we are a third party customer it can take up to 2 weeks for the publishers to process the order. Over the christmas period there has been a high volume of orders which may be why it has taken slightly longer than usual. I am going to send an email to your personal with some more details for you.

An Xmas gift subscription was muddled with the wrong magazine dispatched to me, not the recipient. Gemma dealt with the issue efficiently and professionally, so hopefully all sorted now

Completing the form for the subscription was very straightforward. The only complaint I have is that this was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law and he was supposed to receive an email on the day but this never arrived so very disappointed. I just hope the magazine arrives!

The magazine will then arrive every month.

Easy to order on website, and good payment options, also value slightly cheaper than other online resellers, Just for black men, expensive, and no saving on Smooth magazine. !! If you want only UK magazines good,

I am upset because an email promised to a recipient on Christmas Day telling him of the gift of year's subscription of The Spectator never reached him and I have no idea if the order has been processes. Sam Pritchard.

Easy to order the subscription and lots of choice. The gift email unfortunately didn't get sent out and there aren't any details on when the monthly subscription I signed up for will get sent out but other than that it was an easy to use website.
