SO FAR ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED IS THAT I HAVE ORDERED AND PAID FOR TWO SUBSCRIPTIONS, HAVE YET TO RECEIVE COPIES SO FAR SO GOOD!

I've paid my money for a year subscription to Which magazine about 2 weeks ago. Part of that included access to Which Online. So far I've had no contact from Which to give me a password or even acknowledge my subscription. I actually thought I had been scammed as I had heard nothing. I'm sure if I had got a subscription directly from Which I would have some communications and access to online magazine. How long do I wait ???

Thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear you have not been happy with the service so far. Here at iSUBSCRiBE, we are a third party company who place orders on behalf of the publishers, who download our orders. As we do not send or fulfil the subscription we have to recommend 4-6 weeks for the first initial delivery and for you to gain access to your digital subscription. Please note you will also receive a welcome letter from which? detailing all the relevant information as soon as this is in process. I hope this helps slightly.

Reasonable service but I will not be satisfied if the Quidco cashback offer is not validated

Good choice of magazines. However, recipient did not receive gift email confirmation and therefore it was only with them receiving the first edition and ask around, that they discovered the gift was from us. A bit disappointing but solved in the end.

Easy to buy a gift card but I'm disappointed that you no longer accept card payments for 6 month subscriptions. Direct Debits are faffy and if your buying as a gift it was nice in the past to buy family a 6 month subscription to their favourite magazine. I did ring customer service and they were very helpful. I was informed that it was the publishers decision to only have 6 month subscriptions on direct debit. I think they should reconsider.

Dear Chris, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Firstly, I would like to apologise the icard you created was never received. I can see this was set up on the 29/09/10 at 20:31, to be delivered to the recipients email address provided. We would like to advise you all of our icard’s should be sent the same day, unless we have been requested otherwise to send on a selected date. We do however occur some technical issues sometimes when these may not have be sent and some icards may be filtered through to people’s junk mail, for which we apologise for. I’m aware his birthday would have passed by now to re-send but I would just like to reassure you for your next purchase our customer service team are always one phone call away to have this resolved/re-sent on the same day. Isubscribe has a good choice of magazines for women, but poor in men's magazine section , Adult , and expensive

Would be useful to get confirmation when I'll receive the first publication (ie which month my publication will start) rather than rough estimate of 4-6 weeks

Process was easy to follow and there was a discount. However have not been able to download digital version of Country Life, which is included in the subscription, due to an 'error'.

I was a little Dissapointed, as the bokazine was an plod one , the offersin in were dated January 2016 . I received it September 2016

Unfortunately, we do advise to all of our customers that our gift/cards/vouchers cannot be redeemed with any direct debit orders, as this is an on- going payment and taken from the publishers. A good price, but I was unable to send the ecard at the time of the order, just wouldn't send. When I phoned customer service which was not open at the time of my order the woman was very nice and said she could send the email to me to forward. Quite a few were sent many with error codes, the one I did forward I was unable to write on, so not great. I am unable to tell the recipient when they will receive their first magazine. First time I have taken out a magazine subscription online and I'm not overly impressed.

Able to order successfully, however subscribed a week ago and recipient has not received the gift email. Checked all folders including trash and junk but not received. Unable to comment further as not yet received first magazine.
