Dear Anita, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Please be advised we are a third party company so do not actually dispatch the magazines to provide you with an exact start date. We do however provide an estimate of 4-6 weeks for the first delivery of every monthly magazine, which would have been noted on your email confirmation. I have however, contacted the publishers and sent you a personal email providing you details of your start date. Kind regards, ISUBSCRiBE

Happy about the range of choice. Less pleased about having to wait 4-6 weeks to receive a hard copy magazine. It would be nice to even get an old back copy immediately so that the gift giving process is more instant and there is something tangible you can have on the recipients birthday or within a few days of receiving the gift.

Really like the variety of magazines to choose from and think the price is good too. The website could be easy lied to use as it can get quite confusing. Think My Account should be at the top for people to see easily. Would be great if an estimated time of when the first delivery would be available.

It is to early to write a review. Last week I subscribed a magazine, the website worked very well, but I don’t have any experience about the delivery, packaging and more. Please come back later once again.

Hi Sheila, Thank you for taking time to review us. We do provide delivery guideline on our site and on the confirmation email. The order was recently placed with us, I have contacted the publishers to enquire when the first issues will arrive to you. Please refer to the email I have sent you for this information.

Did not appreciate when purchasing gift voucher it could only be used for 12 month subscription. This meant the gift card could not be used for wanted item by the recipient of gift as yearly subscription more than value of gift voucher. Not user friendly.

Please be advised on the purchase of our gift vouchers we do state in our terms and conditions the gift voucher excludes offers on direct debit orders. To help the recipient choose a magazine best suited to them we do offer a gift finder option on our site. I have been asked to review my isubscribe experience however all I can say is it was straightforward to place an order......BUT I will not know how sucessful the process was until I receive my first magazine and that won't be for a few weeks. Perhaps I should have been asked for a review in a few weeks time!

I bought a subscription as a gift - the e-mail to the person was not delivered - which is the second time that I have had this problem. Other than that, no issue with the transaction.

The process of ordering was easy enough but I am still waiting for the magazine to be delivered, it is still within the time frame of 4 weeks so this is not unexpected. However as this was a gift to my Granddaughter and I sent her a birthday greetings card from the site with the message etc. to be delivered today, 4 June. It has not arrived, this is disappointing and has annoyed me so you are lucky I haven't rated the whole process as poor. as poor. The acknowledgement of the order was prompt and so is the Review so why wasn't the card sent?

Sometimes these may be filtered through to people’s junk mail. Can I ask if this was received here? I can only apologise if this was not and I will of course have this re-sent. I was disappointed that the person I spoke to couldn't tell me when my last subscription ran out and if the delivery would be continuous as this is an annual present I give my daughter. I thought this was strange. Also I didn't receive email confirmation of my renewal until I rang to request it

I opted for an ecard to be sent on the birthday as this was a gift. The card was not emailed and the recipient didn't receive anything. Apart from that. Great price, I will await the first delivery and hope there aren't any problems.

Renewed Racing ahead and was advised that publications would not arrive until subscription renewal date and I have just received a repeat April issue. Apart from this - a good service
