I still haven't got my free magazine as yet. I have had so many problems to download I get gave up. Wish I had just gone to my newsagent and got the yearly sub's from them. Less stressful¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the subscription as a gift but nowhere did it advise how my gift recipient would know about it. I did not find the site easy to use and it took several attempts to get the order completed. I would suggest that as most subscriptions are gifts you ask the question and allow the giver to ay how the recipient should know about it. I have another subscription , as a gift for my mother through another company and upon each renewal I get a card to give to her telling her that she will receive the magazine and when from. Suggest you look at doing this. Further I found this a bland site and not very exciting, heading were difficult to understand try putting yourself in the users shoes and see how you find it.

Magazine selection itself is easy however the incentive is misleading. It wasn't clear that the free magazine was 1 edition until it had been selected. I have been unable to access my 1 free edition from zineo due to password issues and now the pdf is not downloading, waste of time as its a weekly edition so already out of date.

I ordered a subscription for my daughter in law, and was offered a free digital subscription . However, I tried several times to get through to obtain this free bee, but no success. So I am a disappointed client.

Going on last year's purchase, the magazines arrive fine. However this year and last the promised email to the recipient failed to arrive so they didn't know about the gift. Also a glitch in the site whereby if the sender's name is different to the recipient's, you can't set it up properly, hence all my correspondence is addressed to Mrs Mrs V. This was also a problem last year. Very frustrating.

When I first went online to order I was confused by the 'Your Details' section. Did I fill in recipient's details or mine - it was a gift subscription. So I tried to ring twice and was bemused to be answered that nobody was available to take my calls and it hung up. This is not good PR and other companies would not let potential customers go like this. The breakthrough came when I tried to order online again and paid through Amazon. The procedure was far more user friendly. It would have been nice to receive a card(by post) to send especially given price of subscription!

Have found it difficult to access the online copy despite following the instructions. I am not sure if I will ever be able to access it.

The selection of magazines and ordering was simple. However, I requested i-cards for both magazine subscriptions but have not received these. I have emailed isubscribe on two occasions now requesting that this be looked into and although the website says I would receive a response within 12 to 24 hours I have received no response whatsoever,

Too soon to comment on magazine subscription. Was great to receive a free magazine but sadly unable to open it as I I pad does not support Flash????

Easy transaction, same price as competitors. Only problem is all the marketing e-mails after purchase and the non-offers that are in them.

Sent at least two e-mails asking for details about my order and still haven't had a response. Have know idea about the status of my order! Fingers crossed my mum with get her first edition after xmas like I asked?

I filled up a form for e card to be sent to my email ID to deliver to my son-in-law on 11th Dec. by hand but after waiting so long it was not delivered & office is closed now. Free digital magazine + £ 5 voucher never came either. Hope you will rectify these soon & oblige.

Very disappointed that I can't choose the month when the magazine will start to be delivered to my daughter. I wanted it to start in 2 months time, but no can do according to iSubscribe. It has to be now.

Great site & prices, easy to use BUT would like a better option for giving as a gift. I accidentally missed the relevant screen when buying and could't go back. I have given subscriptions as a gift before and managed to use the right prompts but it could be a nicer looking thing to actually give.
