Would be nice to know when you're due to receive your first magazine, and what date of each month roughly from then on. Seems to be very little detail once the subscription is purchased

I bought a subscription to slimming world on 21st October and asked for a notification card to be sent to the recipient for 2nd November for her birthday, this didn't happen and as yet she hasn't received a magazine either. The order and payment were easy enough thank you but not impressed with the follow up, maybe give a date at completion when you can expect the first delivery

The process of choosing from a really good variety of magazines was easy, and the ordering process simple. I have no idea as to the quality of service of this company, as the magazine subscription is not due to start til December and will be delivered to a different address in any case. The prices on this site were identical to those I googled, so I'm happy with the value.

Disappoined that the card informing my daughter that she was to receive the magazine as part of her birthday present! My daughter, after the first installment did remark that the 'Devon Life' did appear full of advertisements.

I have bought two or three magazines from you but must say that I am very fed up with the spam that arrives from you every day, it really isn't necessary to send your emails to me every single day and if they continue I shall consider stopping my subscriptions to you.

You did not say which publication I am supposed to review, so please accept my feedback on a useless request. If you were to include the name of the "item" you wish me to review, then this matter could be easily accomplished.

This was a Christmas present, the e,card didn't give a date for 25th December and sent it early so no longer a nice surprise, wasn't happy.

The person I ordered the gift for never received the gift email. They informed me today they have received January's issue it has taken 6 weeks for the first issue to arrive so not a quick process.

No issues with the subscription but they email me every day and the unsubscribe function doesn't work. I'm getting fed up with all the emails now.

Bought 2 different subscriptions. One ceased publication but I had find out for myself then had to chase up my refund. Was passed backwards and forwards between I subscribe and mag publishers.

Purchase mechanism very straightforward - only issue is that I have no idea when I might expect to receive the first copy of the publication. That information has not been provided. It's easy if the publication is a monthly one but the one I have subscribed to isn't......so I'm waiting.........!

We have placed the order of Guardian Weekly Review in September, however, until now the end of November, we still haven't received any of it. Our Finance Department phoned and emailed to chase the order but we still haven't got the delivery. I feel very disappointed with the service.

No offer for combined postage - ordered 3 vouchers totalling £80 p&p total was £8.97. Each item was posted using two first class stamps (£1.24) and a small jiffy bag (~20p). No reason the items could not have been posted as one in a larger envelope.

This is second gift subscription I have taken out with you, the first one Quilting Arts, first issue was delivered promptly but second was very late and I had to ring several times to check posiitIon. This most recent was also a little frustrating as your system would not accept my email address online despite giving you the one you have contacted me with finally managed to do it over the phone and spoke to a very helpful person, perhaps it will be third time lucky.

Web site needs brushing up. Difficult to renew as site kept showing me reorder nine copies. Telephone service equally not up to scratch. Advised to leave number for call back. Did not happen. Eventually got thro to speak to a live person.
