“The only problem with the order as I wanted to send a note with the first subscription as it was a gift for my aunt. She does not have e-mail and this is the only way to send a message. An old fashioned snail mail option would be a good idea.”

“Simple and straightforward to order magazine subscription. This is a gift for my father (repeat subscription). If he receives the next edition and regular magazines then it will be a very good service.”

“I think it is a little early for you to be asking me to review my experience, the only part I can comment on is the actual ordering of the subscription which was fine, but I must reserve judgement until I actually receive the magazine of my Choice, and until I can see that the payment has been correctly taken.”

“It's a bit soon to be asking for a review as I have only just ordered the magazine and not actually received it yet. And no sooner have I bought something from you I start receiving junk emails; I am not very impressed with that at all !!!”

“I was concerned to read in the terms and conditions that my personal details become the property of the publishing company. I am worried that my details will be passed to other companies and used to bombard me with marketing material that I do not want. I almost didn't buy the subscription because of this! It is only because it was a birthday gift that I went ahead”

“Very disappointed that it will take 4-6 weeks for the first publication to be delivered. I subscribed for my Mother as a birthday gift and would have liked her to receive the present by her birthday this week. I think it's much too long to wait for the first delivery. Apart from that it was easy to order on your site. Nothing amazing, just easy.”

“Felt it disappointing that I did not receive an email to confirm my subscription so had I not printed a copy of my subscription I would have nothing at all - felt therefore that the customer service could be improved.”
