Good, easy to use. Wide variety of magazines. However, don't like the non-option of being able to pay by debit card, rather than direct debit, which can easily be forgotten about over the course of a year (subscription length).

The e-card never arrived and the subscription was a little slow to start, but the price and product were good.

Well so far all that has happened is that my money has been taken and I have had confirmation of that. I requested a 'gift' email to myself which I could include with a birthday card. This has not arrived. The subscription is only due to start in April so I have to keep my fingers crossed that arrives.

A shame that iSubscribe does not make it CLEARER that after 12months your Gift Card expires and any balance left on it is then lost, unless you take remedial action, as I did, to recover it. After all, someone paid hard cash for it when they bought it as a present, and iSubscribe has no right to help themselves to it just because they deem it to be too old. The matter was satisfactorily resolved, but it would put me off buying one for anybody as a present.

Bit silly to ask for comments a few days after initial order and before receipt of first issue. Ordering process easy will have to wait and see if satisfactory.

It took me 2 days to place a subscriptin for "Popular Science", because every time I got to the penultimate page, and tried to confirm my order and make payment using Paypal, nothing happened. In the end, I did it by phone and debit card, which I was not happy about, as I have recently been swindled by this means. I was disappointed to see that the magazine was still so expensive. The BBC's "Focus" comes at a hefty discount if you order it direct. My first copy is not yet due.

How can I review you so early when I haven't even received my first issues of the subscribed magazines yet? maybe you should wait longer until you ask for reviews!!!!!!!!

I was offered a subscription price for six months but was required to set up a Direct Debit, and informed that they would take the six months subscription every six months and this was one of the terms I had to accept. This is very American and is bad manners. I only want the magazine for the six months of the growing season and will cancel my DD after the six months is over.

I like the mag but had to apply twice as I registered by telephone before the special offer of cleaning products finished on the 10 th of February the lines where busy and someone was going to send me an e mail after the tenth so I did not miss out on the offer. Nobody did so I applied direct and got the mag at the second attempt but alas no cleaning products!!!!

This is the second gift subscription I have purchased and neither have been received by the recipient on their birthday. I have yet to phone up about the second. However, when I phoned about the first I was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and they re-sent the voucher to both myself and my brother.

Quite happy with the website and ease of use. My one complaint is that the message of thanks from my daughter got to me two days after she sent it...I didn't know whether she had even received the email from you people. Just hope the magazines arrive on time each month.

The staff dealing with my renewal were very good and very helpful-no complaints about them at all, but it took ages to get through on the phone and had to ring again having waited over 5 minutes to get through the first time and had to put the phone down,then had to wait again the second time for ages.
