I think you should be a bit more helpful in quicker deliveries or at least give a time

Not much to say really, I found the website, ordered it. Was a bit disappointed to find that I will wait 6 - 8 weeks before receiving the first issue! Would have been happy to have the last issue sent straight away!

Only recently made a subscription so am unable to make an informed rating so I have rated the very least I would expect. However the only comment I would make is that when I placed the order I could not find where it stated when my first copy of the magazine, The Antiques Roadshow, would be delivered. Would it be the following month or later and what date and edition would be the first. The only reference I could see was that it may take 4-8 weeks.

The renewal process for Focus BBC usually breaks down for me EVERY year. There is no indication in the renewal process as to when your current subscription is going to end and when you can expect the next issue (the subscription renewal) to kick in. Every year I get double ups for the first 1 or 2 issues and a new membership number. Probably easy to implement to fix the renewal process: - You specify your current subscription number or when you initiate the subscription process, these details are pulled out of the DB - Your current subscription ends on: xx-xx-xx - Your subscription renewal will go on-line with issue XX which is the next issue after the current subscription which ends on: xx-xx-xx - Job done, happy customers :)

It was better this time to renew. Before subscription renewal was very hard. I understand shipping to the USA is harder but when we have problems it is hard to get answers and get them fixed.

Not sure what you want. I wanted a Radio times subscription. I put the Address RT gave into google. Several possibilities came up. I picked iSUBSCRIBE because it showed the 'Give as you live' logo. I've got my subscription and I seem to have set up a direct debit (although I'd have preferred to simply use my debit card and done that again in 6 months). It was easy enough and apart from that I'm satisfied.

I would have liked to have been able to send a hard copy of a gift card as my purchase was for someone who does not have internet access. This was disappointing and I was advised to print off the receipt and put it with a birthday card, which I am not comfortable with. When I have purchased gift experiences and a magazine from another provider, I have always been able to send a proper card with my message in it. Perhaps you would consider this as an option.

OK, efficient enough but only doing what one would expect.

My subscription for the Daily Mail was made only three days ago; I have not yet received my vouchers and cannot understand why you have requested a review before I have had the opportunity to experience it!

I wanted a 12 month subscription to Women's Health magazine. however, you could only get 12 months via direct debit. This meant I was forced to get a 24 month subscription. This is why the rating is 'normal' and not 'very good'.

The website is easy to use but if you choose 'Pay by direct debit', it isn't until right at the end of the checkout process that you realise you're committed to this payment every year. If you don't wish to do this, then you have to go right back to the beginning, repeating everything, and choose 'Pay by credit card' (admittedly paying a couple of pounds extra) and go through the whole process again! It should be made clear what you're signing up to at the beginning of the process.

Am surprised to hear you say that a monthly magazine subscription may not deliver its first issue for 6-8 weeks if I remember what you said correctly. In this day and age of electronic communication, this is ridiculous!

I would like to have been able to print some kind of voucher initiated by you which I could then have passed on to the recipient of my gift subscription.

Process was quick and easy to follow - but too early to give a full review as until the 1st subscription of the magazine arrives at the recipients door I've no idea if the order has been placed correctly.

Website offer of £5.00 off was confusing as initially I added 2 items to my basket, only one was eligible for the discount but it would not let me enter the code, I had to remove one item, enter the discount code, then add in the second item separately. A little confusing. At checkout, I was asked if I would like an email sent to myself so I could print it to send as a gift. That email never came. A little disappointed.

Yes, everything is fine apart from the fact that I haven't got any conformation e-mail about my subscription so not sure if its going to arrive or not.
