I had a problem trying to receive a copy of the card I was sending to the recipient of this gift. I phoned three times and I eventually had to get it sent to a friends email who then forwarded to me. I can't understand the problem as I received confirmations of my order to my email address.

I purchased a subscription as a Christmas present. The person I am buying for does not have an e-mail address but I was not able to e-mail the gift card to my own e-mail address because I was unable to supply all the information seeming required to do so. Very disappointing

Without a detailed help mail I would'nt have managed. Suscriber's name should be registered for a renewal as well as start date of renewal

I have not yet received the first issue of my new magazine order but I ahve always found iSubscribe to be efficient and prompt with magazine subscription orders. One thing however, the 'free gift' that went with my magazine was a voucher for a wine order. I do not drink and even if I did, I think this is a poor choice of free gift. It is not a gift either when it is simply a ruse to get you to buy something else for a much higher price.

Website was hard work at times - all I wanted to do was renew the one subscription, but because I was trying to get the process to move on, I ended up with 3 x ann. sub in the basket

Not sure about the £60 intro wine offer, because its not an offer is it really.? You also have to SPEND in order to receive a £60 discount, which is a completely different thing

Problems with website so rang phone line who made me feel it was my inadequate it skills before complaining the systems wer slow. Had to bite my tongue!

Despite ticking the option to say it was a subscription renewal, you did not give me the option of a start date for the new subscription. Now faced with either double receipts or a gap between subscriptions. Not a satisfactory situation.

Hello Mrs Poulter When you tick the 'renewal' option we let the publisher know that you have an existing subscription to that title. They should then make sure that they extend that sub instead of setting up a new one. That should mean no gap in service and no duplicates.

If you buy this as a present I found it hard to buy one as a present and one for myself. Seemed to be only one delivery address.

Yesterday I received the first issue (i.e. the June 2013 issue of "The Square"). I do hope to receive the further issues without any problem and also be able to renew my subscription easily.

Service was fine until we did not receive an issue of a magazine - 2 phonecalls and 2 emails later I still have not received the missing copy (after nearly 3 weeks now).

too focused on people being UK residents. There are many english speaking people in the world outside the UK so it is hard to understand why this public is negletected (very few offers, additional postal coosts seem exagerated...)

It didn't seem clear when I placed the order that you still had to collect the paper with vouchers which seems to defeat the object ! I brought the subscription for my elderly mother in law !
