I would have liked a card for my friends present

Got confirmation of the order and my account was debited. The basics are fine. It was a gift subscription and the recipients Christian name 'Iain' was misspelled 'Eain' - probably my fault in trying to spell it out on the telephone. As it is a gift subscription near Christmas it would have been nice to have a confirmation that could be sent to the recipient, as does the Spectator when ordering direct online or the National Geographic who produce a gift card

Sorry but I have purchased this subscription as a Christmas present for a friend, it would certainly make me very happy if you where to send him a card to the effect that he will be getting the magazine starting January.

I was pleased with my purchase but would like you to send me two icards so that i can print them off .1. practical classics to Rod 2. empire to Grace, as these are christmas presents . thank you

I subscribed to 12 monthly issues of Poultry World unfortunately, you got my name wrong calling me John Shaw I immediately sent you an email stating you had got my name wrong as my name is John Blackshaw. Sophie Chappell replied, who apologized and said she had amended the name on my account to John Blackshaw but this does not seem to be the case as you on this review refer to me as John Shaw.

I managed to subscribe to the magazine I required for my husband - eventually but the site was not as user friendly as I would have liked

I have bought my mother in law the annual subscription to TV times this year. However I am not impressed that it wasn't until after I paid that I was told we would have to wait 10 weeks for the subscription begins. Waiting till mid February for the first magazine is not much of a Christmas present is it!

Hi Adele, Thank you for taking time to review us. It is unfortunate that these particular publishers can take up to 10-12 weeks to send the first issue. This is stated on our website before the checkout process. We advise 10-12 weeks as the delivery labels are printed many weeks in advance, due to the high demand of this magazine.

I like the discounted rate but my email confirmation said my card was charged over £300. Good value but unnecessarily stressful.

In the past I found web site easy to use . This time it wasn't and I ended up setting up a DD which I now have to cancel! However the customer service is excellent ..,e mails answered very quickly. Shame about the web site!

Our experience of placing an order was straight forward but we did not get an acknowledgement until we chased chased them up. We asked for a gift card but only got an email which we were asked to print out - this wasn't the best service, but it is abuse time of year.

Trying to order a subscription on line was so confusing that I ended up doing it by phone. I only wanted to establish 1 subscription but found it impossible to do so on line. In fact the order showed that I wanted 2 subscriptions and it would not let me cancel one of them and start again. Hence I found it easier to do it by phone. However I am being bombarded by e-mails telling me that: There is still time to complete your order at isubscribe. You see. Your website does not allow for me to cancel my original inquiry even though I closed the site down. It still sees my original trying to order 1 subscription as ordering 2!!
