“Ordered the marie claire subscription, everything is great except the magazines dont come with the free gifts and this was not shown clearly when ordering. Had i of known i would have ordered glamour again as ot comes with promo gifts”

“I was a bit disappointed with my subscription, I decided not to renew because the 1st magazine had a missing item which I had to wait a couple of weeks to be sent out, and the following two issues were available to buy in the shop before I received mine, so I decided that if I wanted any further issues I would just purchase from the local shop, where I could choose which magazine was more appealing.”

“at the time it seemed OK and email arrived on the recipients birthday. However no magazine arrived until well after two months from ordering - in fact nearer three months. I also had to phone up to ask what had happened to the magazine. A little more email contact with exact delivery details would have been helpful.”

“Good prices, but sends reminder of renewal about 3 months before the date, which seems excessive, and I'm not entirely sure that the date doesn't creep forward each year.”

“They do not really provide anything more than other sites do. The offers are very poor and frankly don't encourage me to purchase unless I really have a desperate need to purchase a subscription.”

“I renewed two magazine in one transaction. One processed fine, but for the other magazine, the magazine did not get the subscription renewal. I would like to commend Marianne Kaskela for sorting it out in a reasonable amount of time, but this incident does make me question why I use I-subscribe for renewals. Though I wouldn't have known about some of the magazine I have subscribed to, without them being on the I-subscribe website.”

“Ordering the magazine was easy and quick. Great price too. Unfortunately the incentive gift of a free wedding folder has never arrived...despite me doing lots of chasing. I was eventually told that stock of the folders had run out and that I'd be sent a complimentary face cream instead. This has never arrived either! Fab magazine, shame about the shoddy customer service and aftercare...left me thinking that the 'free gift' was merely a scam to get the orders in.”
