Found website not particularly user friendly. managed to order chosen magazine but receipt would not print and message to accompany gift subscription was not sent as requested, so only just normal, nearly poor.

Had to order by phone after trying a few times to order online for a international gift. Very frustrating.

Rating would have been higher but I could not get the system to send me a new Password. I had forgotten the old one. It wouldn't let me pay as Guest either as it knew my E-mail address !! So I had to phone and do it hat way.

This review request was sent out so quickly that I can't really say how good or bad the company is. I have ordered magazines but none have arrived yet. It is only 4 days since I placed the order. Ideally each weeks magazines will come in one envelope to reduce waste, but I shall have to wait to find out what happens.

Hi, I had some difficulty to acceed to my subscription; I've introduced my customer number 000002685881 and the site didn't recognize the number. So, I've done the subscription as a new subscriber. I would like to remind you that the expiry issue of the subscription which is running out is december 2014. I should appreciate a letter or an email with the beginning and the expiry issue of the subscription that I've done this week. Thank you and best regards, Paula Seguro

With my first attempt, I thought I had ordered a monthly magazine, but I must say on ringing customer service, they were very helpful. Here goes again, I have ordered 13 issues of Golf monthly as a present, so hope all goes according to plan!

I can only comment on ease of using the website and promptness of invoicing since first magazine has yet to arrive.

No card or explanation sent despite telephone conversation with staff. Magazine did not arrive until Feb and finishes this Oct.

The only down side is that I never know when my copy of Sports Illustrated will arrive, it is never on the same day of the week, sometimes two or more weeks will go by without an issue then two at once, very frustrating.

Ordering was fairly easy and everything seemed to go through ok, however I have not received my first magazine yet or the free gift promised so cannot comment further, hopefully I will receives above soon then I will give a further review

I was paying for the subscription via paypal when it said that it was processing and it may take up to 30 sec well i waited and waited for 5 mins then pressed refresh. I was still non the wiser as to whether my transaction had gone through or not, so i had to make a phone call the following day to confirm. This was a hassle and an incovenient.

my only disappointment is that after I had purchased the subscription I then realised that the first copy would be arriving in 4-6 weeks. I haven't been able to get it from my usual source, and don't mind being sent back dated ones!

Ordering was easy but this was a gift and even though I did ask for an email to be sent to the recipient he never received one. I was unable to print off anything as a gift acknowledgement which didn't have the cost on it. I think that would be a helpful option.

I wanted to subcribe to a magazine and that was fairly easy to achieve but the site is so set up to steal your data it is incredible - unable to proceed without providing your birthday?! By checking the terms & conditions you also have to sign up to their newsletter?! All in all some pretty shady business practices going on here to make sure they can sell their database with as much info as possible!
