Your service is too slow, 2-4 weeks is a long time to wait for a magazine that is published weekly !

I've 'experienced' nothing since my order was acknowledged on 9 September. I have no idea when you will take payment for it or when I might expect a magazine. It is scarcely believable that a simple order might take an unknown number of weeks to be accepted, when a brief email ought to do the trick. I had supposed that modern technology would have speedier results.

Dear Martin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Please be advised at iSUBSCRiBE we are a third party subscription company who place orders on behalf of the publishers. Unfortunately, as we do not publish or send out any magazines we are unable to give the exact start dates to our customers, so recommend the industry guide lines of 2-4 weeks for weekly publications. I have however, contacted the publishers to advise you of your start date and have emailed you the details along with information of when your first payment will be taken. I hope this helps. I queried this with the publishers who also send their apologies and have advised this must have been an error. Three things went wrong with my order. 1. I was misled on a payment option. You appeared to offer quarterly payments at the start, which failed to exist later in the process. 2. I was told a discount "gift" of £2.50 would be applied if I ordered immediately, but it was not received. 3. My complaint to the company about the above problems was ignored. I subscribed on 6th September and have still not heard from you a week later!

We would never intend to miss lead our customers, the prices and direct debit terms are displayed on our website, we are only a phone call away if you did need to discuss this further. In regards to the £2.50 voucher this is for one off purchases on our site, which is mentioned on the terms of the voucher, as you selected a direct debit option this is why it was not applied to your order. I have seen the email you sent over on the 6th, I am sorry that the response did not reach you, my colleague responded to you that day to explain, I have resent this to you along with when your first issue will arrive. I was given a Gift Voucher as a birthday present, but the choices available to use the Gift Voucher were extremely limited, without spending considerably more (which was not the intention of the gift). The special rates shown on the webpage only apply to payment by Direct Debit and not by Gift Vouchers; which are considerably more money. So as not to spend a fortune on an unwanted gift, I chose something for the kids - so much for a treat for my birthday treat!! I would not recommend an Isubscribe Gift Voucher to anyone.

Unanswered mail - now a week old Hi Jemima I have just placed the above renewal order for Carp World Please confirm that this order will start when the previous order finishes Your confirmation page suggests it starts with the next issue and does not commence when the previous order finishes - October If the above is OK why don’t you include it clearly on the confirmation page before people place their order?? Your customer service person could not ring your supplier to ensure 15 issues I ordered commenced with Sept 2016 issue. This disappointed me, as my friend has a 90th birthday then, and the subscription is a gift, so I particularly wanted to commence with Sept 2016 issue. I did not understand why the publisher could not be contacted in this regard. I wish I could extend this by just one issue so that it began with Sept 2016 and ended with December 2017's issue.

At iSUBSCRiBE we are a third party company who take orders on behalf of the publishers. As we sell so many titles and do not publish the magazines it is hard to determine which magazine you will receive, which is why we always recommend to our subscribers the next available issue. I placed an order for the same magazine back in March of this year, you took my money but I didn't get my subscription to Austrailian Country Craft and Decorating. I hope I get my magazine this time.

Ordered Devon Life on 27th May for a friend's birthday in June, it is now middle of July and we are still waiting for the magazine to be delivered. I have e-mailed your offices and was assured the magazine would be delivered in 7-10 working days, we are still waiting! Not very happy.

When I placed my order online 2 weeks ago I received an email confirmation but have had no communication since. No magazine has arrived (it is a weekly publication) and I have been unable to get any information from the company to find out why this is. I am in the point of cancelling my subscription and would not recommend this company.

As we sell so many titles we can only offer the guidelines of when your magazine will be delivered. Firstly, it's very difficult living in New Zealand and working out how to to get a subscription to "Model Boats", a UK publication. Having succeeded with this, my problem this year has been how to change my subscription, so I only receive the publication and not the digital coverage that I used to receive. I think I have now succeeded in achieving this and the subscription will start after the old one expires. The customer service I have received has been great, but I have found it difficult to change an existing publication. Cheers, Merilyn McLaughlin

I tried to do the iCard option three times, but was unsuccessful - no acknowledgement that the submission was successful. The subscription was a birthday gift and I ended up checking with the recipient to see if they had received an email. Unfortunately, they hadn't and I had to strip out my order acknowledgement and forward it on to her. Not a good experience at all.

We are happy to help with these as we understand it important for a iCard to be sent to inform them of their gift, especially for a Birthday. Ordered the magazine on the 1st March & payment was taken from my bank for the annual cost of the 12 monthly magazines , well we are now in the end of June & still waiting to see the 1st magazine. Have made several phones calls & emails only to be told 2 different dates of when I will be receiving the 1st magazine and also told 2 different things as to why I had not received my magazines already. Hopefully in July I may receive the August edition !

I was given a gift voucher as a present. I tried numerous times to use it online but the system did not work and would not accept my post code. Kept asking for a proper post code. In total frustration, I had to phone and arrange my subscription over the phone, a process that took a long time and cost me financially as well. Overall, very frustrating and blood pressure raising.

As we do not dispatch any magazines and offer a wide range of titles, we will only recommend the industry guidelines for your delivery. Paid with Amazon no problems and had two emails confirming payment. Never received an order confirmation from I subscribe. Rang to chase and told it would be re-sent. Still not received but have had an email today asking for a review !!
