Not sure how isubscribe add value to this process. I Did not receive confirmation that my order had been placed which caused me to place two identical orders. Isubscribe could do nothing to correct it and I had to go direct to the publishers.

I found the information on the web misleading regarding the use of a gift card. When I spoke to a member of staff I was informed that I was unable to use the gift card I had received against a direct debit subscription. This severely limited my options regarding what was available for purchase without costing me considerably more than the gift card itself!

Prices on website did not match what I was charged, for example Prima magazine was advertised at 22.49 for a year but I was charged 24.99. Also i bought two magazines as Christmas gifts, and despite being asked whether I wanted delivery to start after Christmas, I was not given an option to print a gift certificate or to email the recipients. I tweeted isubscribe to ask if they could sort something out for me/if this was an option and they never replied. Overall, not impressed :-(

i ordered 2 subscriptions for 2 birthdays on the same day. The first one came 2 weeks before the date and the 2nd one did not appear. I was told it would come Jan/Feb 2016 when I asked for it for the 23rd Nov.2015. I cancelled it and was told at first that I could not have my money back and after speaking to the Publishers I was told I could be getting a cheque back. Which has not arrived as yet. Anne Burton

I was already a subscriber. A misleading renewal notice was sent out and I renewed. I received a letter saying that the magazine was renewed until well into 2017 even though I had renewed for twelve months. It transpired that the early discount renewal notice was sent out months early. This magazine is for my grandson. While on the phone I was told about a 3 for a £1 offer. I decided to try Android magazine as I had just purchased an android. My grandson called to ask about the magazine as he had received a letter telling him he was going to receive it. I have never had a copy of the letter or seen the magazine. What poor incompetent service.

The first few weeks delivery were on time (Radio Times). It is presently 21:15 Friday and I have not yet received Saturday's copy. The reason I subscribe is because of personal circumstances. Something of a let-down, agreed?

The greeting card for the recipient of the subscription never received the email with the happy birthday note I had written for her. Very disappointing.

Problem with subscription, think it was forgotten. Didn't get it for months for a weekly magazine. When I did finally get to speak to someone it was sorted straight away.

I have not as yet received the magazine I subscribed to so a little difficult to write a review. So for the time being I feel the overall rating is poor as I have not been advised as to when my magazine will be delivered. It is for my wedding planning so the wedding might have happened before the magazine arrives.

I subscribed one month ago to food & travel & still haven't received my subscription. I have emailed Jenny twice this week to get back to me & I still have not heard anything. Disappointing considering. I would appreciate your feedback as you have taken the full subscription amount. I look forward to your response. Best Charlotte Wheeler

At the end of the subscription process (which worked smoothly up to this point) there is the opportunity to download a gift card for the recipient of the subscription. This failed (as it had done last year). Numerous 'phone calls and e-mails to the Hello! Customer Services Team over the last two months have still not resulted in the appearance of the promised gift card.

I am sent an email saying my subscription needs renewing 7 months before it runs out! This happened last year as well. Surely 1-2 months is much more acceptable. I know you try and give special offers etc but this is working against your company.

Found the website a bit hard to get what I wanted it to do. Thought I could print out a gift voucher but it turned out I could only have gift sent out as a email. So I phoned to say I had not put in a date to send email. So they took that information over the phone thought all would be fine but I found out that the email never got sent very let down.

I bought the subscription as a gift for my niece. Following instructions, I wrote a few words for a 'gift tag' addressed to her and chose the option whereby isubscribe would email me the tag. I would then print the tag and give it to my niece to show what her gift was (as the first magazine might take 6-8 weeks to arrive). When the emailed tag arrived, only the words I had written appeared. There was no mention of the fact that the gift represented 6 bi-monthly issues of Little White Lies magazine,so I had to write those details on the tag or she would have had no way of telling what the gift was. Some joined-up thinking is needed to improve the website.

I renewed my subscription for National Geographic Kids through you but discovered I could have done it more than £8 cheaper if I'd gone direct to NGK! NGK would help with a refund but subscriptions via a 3rd party website does not appear on their system for weeks, apparently. Not prepared to pay for any more long phone calls to resolve this matter, so you get back to me!

I was really disappointed that I received no email confirmation following the placement of my order. This is standard practice and I have never not received this when I have ordered anything online. Particularly as it’s a gift I would like to receive this confirmation, outlining the billing address, delivery address, expected first date of delivery etc. Also, there was no explanation as to why I was purchasing an annual subscription, but only receiving 10 issues. I would have thought an annual subscription would involve 12 issues?! Also there was no confirmation of what month/issue the first delivery would be and what that last issue delivered would be – I would expect this to be something in the confirmation email. Therefore I have no idea when my sister will receive her gift. I would expect at a minimum clear guidelines around the delivery of the magazine such as you will generally receive this before it goes on sale in the shop, or same day, or 5 days after it goes on sale etc. I would hate to think that my sister will go and purchase a copy in the store and then have the same copy delivered a few days later. As there was no clear guidelines around delivery this may well happen! Overall, I’m quite disappointed and I won’t be using the service again. Everything about the process, payment, number of issues, delivery etc. is far too vague. Seems to be a lack of appreciation for the customer.
